Re-routing of boiler condensate pipe

We had low pressure as a result of a new leak in a radiator; a second leak also developed during the job.  The plumber (Sean) arranged the visit in good time and efficiently, arrived promptly, let us know how long the job would be and the fixed cost, and made sure the workspaces were clean and tidy afterwards.  We were so grateful for a quick fix to the problem at a reasonable price and with excellent workmanship.

Asked for a plumber on checkatrade and JHPlumbing got straight back to me.  The job needed doing quite quickly as it was a leak and I had no heating.  JH Heating came out within 2 days which I thought was excellent these days.  They tried to do the job by buying parts for the broken filter but unfortunately it was discontinued.  Kept me informed throughout and stuck to the quote given.  Very happy and will definately use again.

Replaced leaking pipework

Martin was very professional and quick to sort the issue. Arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Even sealed up sections of the pipe beyond the issue for added protection. Would 100% use again. 

Replace section of waste pipe 

We contacted Martin last week about getting an outside tap fitted and he was able to fit us in this week. He was so friendly, efficient and did a great job. We will definitely be contacting Martin again if we need anything plumbing related and recommending him to our friends and family. 

We had our bath replaced with a walk in shower and other bathroom fitments replaced.  The work carried out was of good quality and we were highly satisfied with the standard of work, the time it took, and the price. We were kept well informed of the different stages of the work, and the bathroom was left tidy and usable at the end of each day.  In 2023 we had a radiator replaced and we were equally pleased with this work.

Discussed job on first contact.  Arrived as arranged.  Assessed job and advised me of what was required, carried it out straight away.  Managed to keep any further damage to the kitchen ceiling to a minimum.  Cleared up when job completed.  Very pleasant to deal with.

Martin is really personable and reliable.  I've had a few call outs and he's always responded immediately.  He quotes for a job and sticks to it and if there's an opportunity to combine jobs to save me money he does so.  If he encounters a problem he explains everything in simple terms and doesn't proceed until I've agreed the way forward.  I've had no hesitation in recommending Martin to elderly relatives and they've both remarked that the quality of his work is outstanding.  As such I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin to anyone that needs a plumber / gas engineer
