The company was honest, thorough and kept to their word. They were upfront about costs, and when they said they'd call within 10 mins they actually did. The plumber showed up when they said he would. The plumber was lovely, considerate, quick and courteous. Overall 777 helped me when I was overwhelmed and in a bind. They didn't try and rip me off or seek further work but actually advised me as to the best next steps for me and my budget. Super thrilled with their service!

Excellent service all round.  Dan, a lovely plumber, came when we were told and assessed the job, advised us to get a new tap of our choosing and agreed to return and fit it. No charge for this visit! Returned as agreed and replaced the tap in about 30 minutes - was very cheerful, tidy, helpful - and exceptionally good value.

A very professional and courteous service. Joel scoped the job fully, recommending competitively priced options, and was able to book the work in for a few days later. Sean (engineer) arrived promptly and worked very hard and efficiently to complete the work within the day. Equipment delivery and disposal was well coordinated. All work, including replacement/additional pipes, was expertly done, and the area left clean and tidy. Joel also visited in the evening to check all was ok, and warranty/gas certificate were procided on the same day. Excellent service, would thoroughly recommend.

Arrived on time and got straight to work.  Exceptionally polite and doubled checked where placement would be. Job completed same day  and had all rubbish removed. Fully checked all working once installed .

Replace bath and rinser

Terry was very efficient in sorting an ongoing issue with the soil pipe from our second floor dormer which also ran across a flat roof. He recommended replacing the old pipe work and ensured the new pipe and fixings were much more robust than the old pipe which had been incorrectly installed some years ago. Terry was very prompt in visiting to quote and was able to fit us in earlier than expected which was much appreciated.

Jack was very quick to quote and then was able to come the following day to remove the soil stack and cap it off.  He also noticed an area where the brick work needed to be sorted as an old pipe going in was going to be removed.  He was able to include the brickwork and labour in his quote which was very reasonable.
