Ricky and his team did an amazing job on our ground floor extension. The quality of the work was first class and they were a pleasure to have around. They worked really hard and the job was completed in good time with close attention to every detail of the build. They made helpful suggestions to my original plans. The work included new drainage for the downstairs toilet,  plus work needed on my roof and driveway. We are delighted with the end result which blends well with the rest of the house. The job was completed at a favourable price and everything left clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Job was well priced, with accurate estimation of materials needed.  Work completed quickly with good feedback along the way as to how the job was progressing.  Punctual attendance and site left tidy at the end of each day.  Disruption kept to a minimum for both us and our neighbours.  Would definitely recommend to friends and family when work is required.

Eddy did a great job leveling out floor and installing our new wooden floor.  We had a few initial issues and he came up with good solutions to make it work.  Left the place tidy and put pack all the furniture where they belong after his job done.  Really recommend

Eddie did such an incredible job with my project from start to finish.   I’m impressed by the quality of the build and the finish achieved, and also by the discipline showed by his team in terms of turning up on time every day, sticking to the project schedule and keeping costs under budget.   I found Eddie and his team to be courteous, worked well with other tradesmen, kept the site and surroundings tidy, and also cultivated good relations with the neighbours who didn’t complain once about noise or anything else.  9 months in, I couldnt be happier my newly renovated house.

One Call did some renovation work in our cloakroom toilet and living room.  Paul came round for a preliminary meeting and gave us loads of useful advice.  Great work by George and Tony who were on time/ early every day.  They were professional, really respectful of our home and the quality of their workmanship was second to none.  We never had to worry about a thing and they always kept us informed of progress.  Everything was done on schedule.  Can't recommend them enough and we plan to ask them back for further work.

Cloakroom bathroom and living room refit

The overall experience was favorable, although there was a need for additional electrical work that wasn't initially included in the original quote.  While these extra tasks were essential for safety reasons, it would have been preferable to be informed about them from the outset, allowing us to make informed decisions.  Despite initial delays related to materials and quote adjustments, I cannot find fault with the quality of the tradespeople on site and their professionalism.  While not the most budget-friendly option, the adage holds true—you get what you pay for.  Thank you once again!

Up until the painting everything was fine and then they put the wrong paint up and there was bad staining on the walls.

My wife and I were concerned with the wall on top of our garage which was leaning and mortar crumbling off.  Dave and his team gave a good accurate quote and fitted us in urgently to make it safe.  The team did an excellent job and we are delighted with the finish.  A proper job done with courtesy and all left clean and tidy, will be using again and would recommend.

Roofing repairs 

Dave and his team recently undertook 2 roof repairs jobs, one on a pitched porch roof and the other on a flat roof.  Dave quickly identified the issues which were causing intermittent water damage.  He explained the work involved and rationale.  Both jobs were completed with photos showing before and after.  Dave was as good as his word as to when he would call to look at the work and return.  Would definitely recommend.  We will call on him again in the future should we need further roof works.

We needed to replace our roof tiles and general external maintenance work.  Very happy to have found Dave and LRB team.  His quote was competitive and reasonable.  Dave had a schedule of work for each week so we knew what would be done.  The team were professional, polite and friendly.  They turned up on time and left on time leaving everything clean.  Dave made sure we knew what was done each day.  Any additional work that was required, Dave explained why and costed for us.  The quality of work is very good, new roof tiles look great and solidly installed.  We're very pleased and highly recommend LRB.

Finding London roofing building Ltd, was a huge relief after 3 months of excuses and chasing other builders.  David came to assess the work required, explained everything to us and had a quote over in just over a week.  The whole team were great, on site when they said they would be, very polite and clean, it was a professionally run building site,David handled everything including kitchen design supply and install, they recommended trades, suppliers and gave advice.  They made the experience so easy and I can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t hesitate we would use David an kirk again.
