This firm did the bathroom ten years ago and were invited back to give it a major refresh.  Every aspect from initial planning to removing the old shower setup and putting in new equipment was carried to an exceptional standard.  The two fitters were very polite, listened to suggestions and were really friendly.  Each day on completion of the work, they cleared up any mess.  Always punctual, we have invited the firm to quote for some further work.

In my experience, SC Plumbers always act extremely fast - even at the weekends.  Will do everything they can to get there quickly.  Jamie was friendly, polite, explained everything he was doing, reassured me, worked efficiently and competently and cleared everything away when work was finished.  Reassured me that I could get back if there was any problem.  Gives me peace of mind to know they are there and the engineers are always very helpful and competent.

Extensive flooring job

NPM home Improvements were so professional.  We were given prices and discussed products prior to them starting the work.  The advice they offered as work was ongoing was brilliant.  They kept us informed on a daily basis what work was being done, water being turned off etc.  We have 4 dogs and they were very mindful of keeping doors shut which was great.  They were on time every day and would clean up before they left each evening.  We still have a bathroom and WC to do and will be booking them later in the year.

2 Ensuites

Nigel and Steve did a fantastic job renovating our upstairs bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.  Nigel came up with great suggestions of ways we could improve them even further.  They were very clean and tidy and a pleasure to have around.  We have already recommended them to several friends.

I've used A.G.C for a few jobs now, and honestly I wouldn't go to anyone else. They carried out the work that consisted of a new toilet, new flooring and fully decorated. 
The work was completed at the agreed price and on time and to a very high standard. 

Refurbishment of upstairs cloakroom 

Andy and Damien provided a fantastic service all the way from turning up to do the quote through to clearing up at the end. Andy was extremely clear about pricing, pointing out where there were choices and what were the implications. They have a good eye for what works, and are happy to make suggestions if asked. A great advantage is that they will project manage everything and do most of the work themselves to a high standard. Their finishing off is really good, and Andy went through all the invoices at the end. Overall, a really excellent service and I would definitely use them again.
