Each sweep takes about 1 hour and I use clean sheets every time. I pride myself on leaving your home spotless.

How often should your chimney be swept?

* Smokeless coals: At least once a year.

* Wood: Once a season when in use.

* Bituminous coal: Twice a year.

* Oil: Once a year.

* Gas: Once a year.

Your chimney should be swept regularly, at least annually to remove soot and other debris. Keeping you protected from potential chimney fires.

A swept chimney is a safer chimney.
