Bathroom job

As soon as I enquired in Checkatrade, we were offered a call out the next day. Unfortunately we didn’t know the manufacturer of the tap (it was here when we moved), so the exact parts that would be needed would be difficult and time-consuming to find, so to save the hassle, time, money and travel it was suggested to get a new tap. He took a pic and said they would do the best to source one as close as they could but we politely declined as money was tight and we would buy our own. They offered to fit the tap and could fit us in the next week. Excellent service and we have found our new plumber

From start to finish the communication was fantastic, I found the plumbers that attended to be really polite and tidy.  The final product is amazing, will definitely use them again!  They have also been servicing my boiler for a few years which is always quick, easy and well priced.

Great plumbers

An extremely old system that had become so clogged that nothing was working, no heat or hot water in the middle of a cold snap!  When explained the problem they very graciously moved jobs around to fit us in as early as possible.  Unfortunate illness caused the job to be delayed one day but when they did arrive the whole thing went smoothly and fast despite the large and dirty nature of the job.  Other companies had quoted multiple day's work but they were able to get it all done in one!  Due to the age and decay of the system, extra work was required but very impressed with the flushing job!

Very Needed Power Flush!

Out en-suite shower recently stopped working.  So we called virtue who came out the same day and advised us we needed a new shower mixer bar which they picked up for us and installed on the same day.  Very quick and professional service and super friendly.

We recently had Virtue in to install our new combination boiler for us after the old one had packed up.  They were very professional, polite and got the job done in one day.  They also leaking tap for free.

We recently used Virtue heating and plumbing to help design and manage our new bathroom project.  Not only did they design and install an amazing new bathroom they also ran the project from start to finish for us, which made the job as stress free as possible and made for a smoothly run bathroom installation.  We will definitely be using Virtue again for any plumbing or heating needs.

For years, we faced persistent hot water problems despite seeking help from numerous plumbers and engineers.  Switching to Eco Flame proved to be our best choice. Heating Stopped Working.
