I have been dealing with UK Water Softeners since 1998, they're just so brilliant, reliable, competent and honest. Our water softener, which served us well for 19 years, had reached end of life, engineer demonstrated it was beyond repair and let me make decision to replace the unit completely

Sarah was lovely and really accommodating when I had an untoward incident prior to our scheduled meeting. Went through the pros and cons of the devices and brought them in for me to see and to be sure they fit correctly. Booked in for the next day, Pete arrived promptly at 8am, helped with a leaking stop cock that I didn’t know was hiding in my cupboard, installed, explained how to use it and left before lunch. 24 hour turnaround. Everything was wonderful - if I had to say one small niggle, perhaps the dust off the dust sheets after leaving! But that’s a small thing considering. Thank you!

I dealt with 3 members of the UK Water Softener team, all 3 were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me.   Originally I was intending to get a supply only service as our kitchen was being renovated, however it soon transitioned into a supply and fit job, and I am glad I did.  Installation was done neatly and quickly, and the installer happily navigated our flooring installation that was happening the same day.   Very happy and would thoroughly recommend this family run business.

Friendly Water installed a water softener in our house, and did a great job.  We have worked with them over the last decade on two different homes we have moved into over that period.  In each instance over that decade they have been excellent. Ross provided excellent service. He explained every detail and clarified all our questions before the installation, picked the most suited product and did the work perfectly. He was friendly and provided excellent customer services. Would definitely recommend Ross.

There was good communication with Ross before and after the visit.  He arrived on time and was friendly, polite, patient and knowledgeable.  The softener hadn’t been in use for 18 months and Ross did a thorough service and explained what I should do to get the best out of the machine.  I will certainly be asking him back to do an annual service every year.

Issue with water softener

I had a problem with my water softner and I was recommended to use Rhino Plumbing.  My unit is 10 years old and I had no idea if anything could be done to get it back to working condition.  Along came the amazing Ross, on time and with a smile but more important a van full of spares for all different models.  I had used a fine powder salt rather than a tablet for the first time, and unfortunately this created a blockage, which meant I was not regenerating.  To cut a long story short , he cleaned everything out, gave it a flush and reset it to the factory settings.  Absolute Magic
