Gary is a great project manager and has a carefully chosen team working for him.  The whole project took 7 months and it was a pleasure having the team around.  They cleared up each night and arrived promptly each morning - in at 7.30am and at work by 7.35am.  I really couldn't fault them and it has been commented by several friends that we are the only people they know who haven't had problems with their builders and I think that says it all really.  Highly recommended.

Gary and his team are fantastic, from start to finish Gary and the team have been very committed to making every effort to ensure as clients we get the end result we were after, all the team Gary have were on time, attentive and always super polite and again wanted to ensure we were consulted and happy with the work carried out.  We had a kitchen extension built and a downstairs cloakroom added, the kitchen fit out was first class, whilst we did have to wait for some items this was again communicated and understood.  Would recommend Gary and would definitely use him on our next project.

Gary and his team were great throughout the project!  Very knowledgeable giving us different options on how we could carry out the works etc.  He dealt with all the building control for us to which made things alot easier.  We added on extra works but Gary kept us updated on the costing.  We have a lot more work to do on our house and will not hesitate to us Gary and the team to carry out the works!

The work requested was completed exactly as required.  Darren’s eye for detail, and perfectionist approach meant he left the site in a perfect condition.  The work was all completed within the estimated time, allowing Darren to fix some minor faults in our property, and still allow him to give us a discount on the estimate.  We are already planning our next project for Darren.

Brick driveway repair

Darren and Josh were absolutely fantastic.  The project was pretty complicated as the finished product had to be sympathetic to the historic building.  The workmanship and care that Darren put in was really unlike anything that I have experienced on a building project before - and I have been involved in my fair share of projects!  Inevitably when working with an older property - problems arose as the project progressed - but Darren always had a pragmatic way forward - and kept me informed throughout.  Can't recommend highly enough.

Extension to listed building

We have used Darren several times for various works on our property.  As always, Darren’s work was exemplary, fulfilling the brief given to him, and even going beyond the request by fixing a little wooden shed.  Darren is a perfectionist, and this is reflected in the work he does.  At the end of the job, he said it had gone quicker than he expected and he proposed to knock a substantial amount off the final bill.

I inherited a particularly unloved rear garden area with my new home, that sloped away steeply - aside from being an eye-sore it was unsafe to navigate the pathways from top to bottom.  With machinery access difficult, Tommy and his team manually dug out and reformed the site to create 3 very safe, and useable terraces.  It looks amazing and I'm certain it has immediately increased the value of my home to boot.  Throughout the project they kept me informed of their work plans, the work done was of a very high quality, and the site was kept clean and orderly.  Highly recommend and will use again!
