Tommy and his crew came to fix what we thought was a small leak and turned out to be an entire roof repair. Him and his team were so helpful, quick and communicated well throughout the job.  Tommy took time to explain clearly what needed to happen and why, including showing us videos of what was in need of repair. They were really polite and made an effort to keep any disruption to a minimum. They did a big job very quickly and efficiently and also came back to do some extra repairs that were needed at no extra charge.

I posted the job with Checkatrade on Sunday morning and Tommy rang me within 15 minutes and then arrived to quote within 90 minutes of the posting. We sort to have several quotes to re new our roof however we decided after mr Luxford's site visit to let him do the work and not contact other roofers .He proved a good choice and done a good job .Even though he was dogged by the wet weather and high winds we felt completely confident in his service well done.

George was very a professional and efficient and great at communicating what/when things were going to happen, due to weather.  From quote, scaffolding to job being completed with rainy days in between was 4 days!  Would recommend George and will be using him again if I ever need anything done with our roof.

George came when he said, carried out the work to a high standard, was cheerful, polite and extremely hardworking.  He even spent an hour of his own time looking at the guttering in the house to make it more efficient .  That was a lovely goodwill gesture and as a result will be using him again.

After experiencing flat roof damage following the recent storm, I decided to use Mr Luxord to carry out the repair.  George was very helpful and explained everything that needed doing in detail and was willing to move things around so the repair could be done before the next bout of rain.  The repair was carried out to an excellent standard and everything was cleaned up after him. Tile replacement

Jacob and his team was polite and punctual.  They were happy to answer all my questions and keep me in the loop.  The roof was very problematic due to the age, wear and tear but a suitable plan was carried out and is now structurally sound and weatherproofed.  They have been happy to come back and fix any little minor problems til the job is fully complete.  Would recommend this company and the team again.

Roof Repair

The work was carried out efficiently and professionally.  There were some difficulties with obtaining enough of the correct pantiles but these were dealt with and did not hold up the works.  The finished product looks good and comes with a 25 year guarantee.

From start to end I had excellent customer service from Anglian. A salesman came on time to discuss my needs. Not long after the surveyor came to measure up & order what I wanted ie style & colour of doors & glass design along with the style of door furniture. 
Later I was given an installation date but I was able to have this done earlier due to a cancellation. After my installation had been completed & on the same day someone came to inspect the work & found something needed to be finished which was later fixed. I’m thrilled with everything especially the beautiful quality of the product!!

Martin Boswell was our installer. He got on with the job as soon as he arrived.
He did an amazing job and very polite and worked hard and checked we was happy with the installation before he left.
