Came on Sunday morning at 8 am and were finished by 3pm. They worked very hard and were very efficient, even left my coffee mugs when they were complete. Time keeping was exemplary. 

Kept well informed of when the visit would be to carry out the work. 

Follow up visit was fantastic to with the paperwork etc.

We recently had our family bathroom renovated by Ultimate Home Solutions.  We had an excellent experience throughout.  At the planning stage we found the designer to be very knowledgeable and had great ideas to make the most of our space.  The fit was fast and relatively undistruptive considering it was a full bathroom renovation and the follow up visit from the aftercare team was a lovely touch.  We would happily use Ultimate again and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Got a new bathroom fitted by Ultimate Home Solutions (finished last week) 

Kept well informed step by step the designer Margot and Steven the fitter was nothing short of amazing, always tidied up at the end of the day and also left me with a functioning toilet every night

After sales service is also great, had a visit from a customer care agent to make sure I was happy with everything !   Any other projects im looking to do in the future I will use Ultimate Home Solutions again without hesitation

Alex and his team were exceptional. From the quote to the finish. Alex carried out a very detailed quote and it was never a bother when things were changed and added. Our bathroom needed replaced as it was badly damaged.It was the insurance that was paying for this. Contacted Osprey, Colin guided us through the process from start to finish. Excellent communication. Absolutely delighted with the bathroom. Picked my own style. From a corner cubicle to a walk in shower. The tiler did an incredible job.  Jim and Terence who are very experienced, their work is of high quality. Four days of hard work. And were finished when they said they would. And cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommended Osprey.

I would highly recommend Osprey Bathrooms. Colin provided great advice when I contacted him in the first instance.  The two fitters were polite, friendly and hard working.  They made a fabulous job installing new wet walls and a shower cubicle while ensuring they didn’t damage any of the tiles etc which were to stay in place.  They disposed of the old fixtures and tided up after the work was complete.  I would definitely use Osprey Bathrooms again.

For inspection and quotation to undertaking and completion the whole process was covered by Osprey.  The organisation and scheduling of all trades and processes simplified a daunting project into three days of hard work that saw the complete renovation achieved on schedule. The plumbing Guru were contacted to connect my dishwasher to the water, he came over got the connection sorted, put in a dishwasher’s water valve and left in no time at all. Quick and efficient
