From first day Adrian Ben and Jamie  worked hard and never stopped kept us informed about what was happening and next stage all through the job and booked council at all stages they needed to come out we asked for extra work and was never a problem  have recommended them already to family and friends will not think twice about using them again and there was a contract drawn up and money paid in stage payments as job progressed and nothing up front or very large payments 

Two storey extension and single extension 

Parade builders are currently building our rear extension.  Adrian, Ben and Jamie are brilliant, nothing is to much trouble for them.  They work very hard from the moment they arrive and always keep us up-to-date with what is happening now and next.  They are always on time and clear up at the end of every day leaving the house and garden secure.  They have even gone the extra mile to accommodate our dogs, building us a bridge across the foundations allowing them access to the garden.  Can't wait to see the end result.

Rear extension

As we live in wednesbury we thought it was important to use a local firm for our wrap around extension.  Parade builders quoted us a price that we were happy with and started early may 2023.  Ade ben and jamie worked tirelessly up until around middle of december and have a good team of subcontractors for gas electric plumbing rendering all local people who were all pleasant and efficient.  They all felt like an extended family to us as they were here over 6 months
the standard of work was amazing as we hit some unexpected problems during the build but there was nothing they couldn't overcome.

Huge wrap around extension

Absolutely fantastic!  The work carried out was to a high standard, the mess was kept to an absolute minimum (which is tricky as we are a mid-terace), the work was planned out well from start to completion.  We didn't worry about a single thing.  As well as our loft extension, they also fitted our new bathroom (including tiling) and were able to do the laminate flooring in our rooms.  We will definitely be contacting Parade Building Services again for any future work.  They also contacted and dealt with the council for signing off, we literally did not worry about a thing.  Perfect!

Easy communication and helpful in finding a suitable date in which to carry out the work.  Arrived on time and were courteous and pleasant.  The work was explained and carried out quickly and well.

Above and beyond.  Fitted us in as it was a leak problem.  Did a great job with the minimum of fuss and very reasonably priced.

Had a leaking kitchen tap.  They managed to fit the job in the next day after agreeing price.  2 guys turned up exactly when they said they would, did the job and tidied up after.  Can't fault the experience.

Mark & his team were great. Very professional, communication was top notch. Even with the unfortunate delays on my project, Mark was able to rectify the situation quickly, and communicated clearly what the next steps would be which would greatly appreciated. 
Very tidy workers, and even after the job was done ensured a thorough clean up process was completed before leaving.

Mark came out to us within a couple of days of contact.  He priced the job up rapidly and sent us the quote.  Upon receipt we were happy with the figures and instructed Mark and his team to carry the work out.   I cant speak highly enough of the guys who did the work for us.  Pleasant courteous fellas who showed up promptly everyday and put a full days graft in repeatedly until the job was done.   The work itself was to a very good standard with no problems of which we are extremely satisfied with.   Will be using in the future and would highly recommend.
