Danny was recommended to us by the supplier.  When we spoke to him, we agreed a visit and quote, which he carried out professionally.  Because he’s in demand it looked like a May installation, but he had a cancellation so it was done in March.  He and Ewan did a super job, very polite and friendly, and cleared up every night.  The whole job was done with a minimum of disruption.  We would unhesitatingly recommend Time for Change, but you might have to wait a while as they are very busy.

Highly recommended.  Fantastic job done, really pleased with the outcome.  From quoting to installation I cannot fault this company.  Lovely guys to deal with, professional, friendly and puts the customer at the heart of what they do.  Finished to a high standard, cannot fault anything.

I LOVE my new en-suite and bathroom that Danny has just re-fitted and re-tiled, I would highly recommend this company.  They are very reliable and hard working. Cloakroom fitting

We had excellent service from Danny and Ewan.  They refitted our bathroom and ensuite, and even found time to install an additional radiator in our living room.  Work was completed to a very high standard and they were really clean and tidy, despite the dusty jobs.  We were impressed so will definitely ask them back for further work.

Called to a job with a pipe leaking behind a kitchen back board. In the next photo, you can see we had replaced all the pipework and have treated the damp and black mould growth.

Pipework had been replaced due to pin holes with flux left on the pipe from previous installation. We also had treated and cleaned off all the black mould growth. We will replace the kitchen unit. 

Old fail shower pump. We have now replaced with a new one. Tested and now covered by our warranty. Happy customer. Thank you Sue

My experience was excellent. Dan contacted within good time to the job. Came over to see the work that need doing in person. (Which most plumbers ask for pictures, I personally hate this) send me a quote with a reasonable price. 
Agree on a day/ time. Did the work while I was at work. Rang me, to let me know the tap I got with the sink was faulty. If I could get it replaced and he would come back to fit. Dan came on a Sunday morning to fit the replacement tap. Very friendly, trustworthy. The work done was done to a high standard. I highly recommend using them. 

Kitchen sink need punch though. Pipe work/waste/tap connecting.

Toilets repaired

Arrived on time, looked at the jobs and discussed what was needed, went and purchased the parts and returned and fitted them, no mess, explained what he was doing even made friends with the dogs, highly recommended, all done in about 2 hours including buying the parts a very polite and personable young man a credit to the company.

Prompt response and quick to arrange a date. Worked fast and was extremely polite as well as very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will ne using again in the future.

The guys actually did the work while I was away. Completely trustworthy. They helped me design my new look, using panelling instead of tiles. The house was spotless afterwards, and the result stunning

Job involved replacement of bath with shower and revamp of rest of bathroom.  (Toilet and wash basin replaced, room re-tiled, new radiator, new flooring plus new fittings).  Very pleased with result.  Punctual, tidy and courteous.  Worth visiting show room to see examples.

I urge people not to use this company!  They have left us with a garage conversion that is unusable and have failed to stick to their own terms and conditions.  Our bathroom was also completed by them and the workmanship is terrible.  I was warned not to use this company but didn’t listen!  I think it’s only fair for others to know.  We have a full professional survey of our conversion and they said it’s very bad work and not in line with any building regulations at all

Terrible bathroom and garage conversion

We had Aaron and his team refurbish our bathroom and kitchen, as well as install loft insulation.  Despite it taking much longer than originally planned due to unforeseen circumstances, we are very pleased with the end results.  They listened to what we wanted and helped us when we were unsure on certain choices.  It was a pleasure of have them come and do the work and would gladly recommend them if you are in need of work doing.

I have just had a new bathroom fitted by APG Home Improvements.  I highly recommend them.  They have an amazing range of bathrooms in their new showroom.  I was given a start date when I placed the order which they stuck to.  The installers were always punctual and thoroughly cleared up at the end of each day.  They are real craftsmen and take a pride in their work.  The new bathroom looks fantastic.  I would definitely use APG in future.

APG Home Improvements did a fantastic job.  Aaron talked us through some options.  As promised, the quote arrived within 24 hours and completely in line with our expectations.  They're not the cheapest, but the quality of work and the fittings and accessories installed are top-notch.  The fitters - Tyler and George - were hard-working and considerate.  They didn't have a lot of room to work in but they got it done on time and with minimal disruption.  If you want your bathroom, ensuite or cloakroom upgraded give APG a call.  Highly recommended.
