Quick to arrange visit and carry out the work.  Had all the replacement parts needed for the job so work carried out and completed in the one visit, everything left clean and tidy.  Would definitely recommend!

We needed a replacement tap and waste fitted to our bathroom sink and James from Taps and Toilets came and did the job for us. He was polite and tidy and did a great job. We will definitely use his services again.

I had a leaking toilet and a mixer shower controller that needed replacing.  Both jobs were completed to the highest standard.  My shower is non standard with a 160mm gap between the hot and cold centre points.  James helped me find a suitable product and fitted it exactly as I'd asked.  The pricing was fair and the workmanship excellent for both jobs.  I was really impressed.  Thank You.

James was very punctual and tidy.  We had a new outside tap fitted quickly even though it turned out to be the stopcock being the issue with pressure, but we need a new tap anyway.  Sorted the additional air lock problem that arose too.  Definitely recommend.

Water leak in cloakroom

We have been having problems with our downstairs loo for months. Young drains have been out multiple times, have always done a top job and even did a couple of visits for free! After much investigation it was decided to get a new toilet which was fitted very efficiently and at a decent price. I thoroughly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again.

Callum is professional, communicates well and completed the job quickly and efficiently.  He fit us in at short notice for a faulty flush, and also fitted handheld bidets in 3 bathrooms, leaving everything clean and tidy.  We spoke to another plumber beforehand who complicated the request massively, but Callum understood everything we asked for and made no fuss whatsoever.
