Foxes were nesting under a block of flats next to a park. Client didn’t want them caught just removed. We dug down meshed the entrance and installed a one way dog flap. Allowing all fixes to get out but not able to get back in. We set night vision camera up to ensure no further foxes were in nest area and then removed flap and sealed up.

Repel came out to investigate noises in our loft. They carried out a further investigation and found active birds nests and potential evidence of mice. They put traps to check for rodents and checked for ways in/out. We have now identified that there are 3 birds nests which they will come and remove in September time. Really helpful!

From start to finish Repel pest control were brilliant.  Barry was top notch when he came to assess the job and gave us several options of how they could do the job and found us the best option, considering the pitch of our roof is quite steep.  The installer of the bird-proofing (Simon I think, sorry if I've got this wrong) was so quick and professional.  He even bird-proofed the velux window at no extra charge.  Even the lady who called me was so friendly.  Would highly recommend.  Not enough space to put any more but so pleased.

Barry from Repel answered my call and was polite informed and asked loads of questions about the issue Mum was having at home.  He made an appt within a day or so to see the problem first hand.  He brought a microscope to examine the bugs closely and soon nailed them!  Thoroughly explained how he would go about ridding mum of them at a very agreeable price.  Today he attended and took care of the problem.  Barry was polite, patiently explained the process and checks to be made regarding birds first and proceeded to do the job.  Mum was very impressed and assured with the warranty provided.  .

The job involved some challenging access issues but Mark had everything worked from his detailed survey.  On one of the hottest days of the year Mark and James worked incredibly hard to clear the pigeon debris and pigeon proof the outside of the property and the neighbouring property using different types of spikes and anti-pigeon gel.
