Two roofs in different property were done.  The foofs had leaks which different builders had attempted to rectify the problem but had not managed.  Itwas done on time and on budget that was quoted.  I am pleased to say the leak has stopped even in these torrential rains we have had for last fre days

My wife and I were concerned with the wall on top of our garage which was leaning and mortar crumbling off.  Dave and his team gave a good accurate quote and fitted us in urgently to make it safe.  The team did an excellent job and we are delighted with the finish.  A proper job done with courtesy and all left clean and tidy, will be using again and would recommend.

Roofing repairs 

Dave and his team recently undertook 2 roof repairs jobs, one on a pitched porch roof and the other on a flat roof.  Dave quickly identified the issues which were causing intermittent water damage.  He explained the work involved and rationale.  Both jobs were completed with photos showing before and after.  Dave was as good as his word as to when he would call to look at the work and return.  Would definitely recommend.  We will call on him again in the future should we need further roof works.

We needed to replace our roof tiles and general external maintenance work.  Very happy to have found Dave and LRB team.  His quote was competitive and reasonable.  Dave had a schedule of work for each week so we knew what would be done.  The team were professional, polite and friendly.  They turned up on time and left on time leaving everything clean.  Dave made sure we knew what was done each day.  Any additional work that was required, Dave explained why and costed for us.  The quality of work is very good, new roof tiles look great and solidly installed.  We're very pleased and highly recommend LRB.

Finding London roofing building Ltd, was a huge relief after 3 months of excuses and chasing other builders.  David came to assess the work required, explained everything to us and had a quote over in just over a week.  The whole team were great, on site when they said they would be, very polite and clean, it was a professionally run building site,David handled everything including kitchen design supply and install, they recommended trades, suppliers and gave advice.  They made the experience so easy and I can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t hesitate we would use David an kirk again.

Abbeyview converted an outbuilding in to an annex including full bathroom fit out and main living space.  The team were very skilled, polite, tidy and completed the work on time and in budget.  A very good experience, I can highly recommend Kevin and the team.

An unusually positive experience, having done numerous building projects with different builders.  They did exactly what they said they would, in the time they we agreed and in budget.  Followed up any of the remaining minor issues and importantly, had a positive problem solving approach when issues emerged.  Would definitely use again and when by brother's builder when into administration, they picked this up and delivered to the same standards.

The team arrived promptly and work very efficiently and neatly.  They communicated throughout which was good as there were a few points they offered their advice and we changed the original plans after taking into account their experience.   The finish was good and left clean and tidy and all in working order.

Couldn’t be happier with Grant and the team they turned up on time every day ready to get the works done.  Professional workmanship and left everything clean and tidy along the way.  Great end result!

Internal Referb Works

Grant and the other guys were all brilliant.  They have done an excellent job of refurbishing a water damaged summer house, completely replacing the floor and damp proofing meticulously.  Tom then came and painted it inside and out and has done a lovely job.  They removed all rubbish promptly, were courteous and communication was excellent when they could not come because of the weather.  There is still some electrical work to be finished but I am confident that will be done very soon.  They are a pleasure to keep supplied with tea and I would highly recommend them. Marvellous

Grant and the guys from MSF were brilliant from start to finish.  They undertook all elements of work from guttering to rebuilding a wall, installing a new fence and levelling my sloped garden and laying artificial grass.  If I’d have got all separate trades it would’ve been a lot to coordinate but MSF managed and coordinated everything.  They even popped back 6months later to carry out some remedial works after everything had settled!  Will be using again to get my bathroom fitted out next!

Complete Garden Renovation

I was so impressed with the service from this company!  The communication throughout the stages was brilliant.  We had a large extension built which included lots of detail.  The service that Grant provided was brilliant, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and his team were great at getting the job done to the finish that we wanted.
