Install garden tap and also reseal the bath and fit folding shower screen

Whole house pump installed in loft and 2 digital ceiling fed showers.  Kitchen tap replaced and toilet valve.  Was a difficult job that took longer than expected as unexpected replacement to water tank valve was needed too.  All done to a good standard .

Dan was professional and helpful throughout. From the first email to completing the work (less than 1 day) he kept me informed of when he would arrive, how many jobs he needed to visit before me etc. 

When he arrived, he was friendly and helpful but also showed great integrity in explaining the age of the boiler (about 7yrs) and gave some insight as to what things to keep an eye on. At no point was it a hardsell. Pricing was clear and agreed upfront.

Leaking pipes Boiler check and re pressure

My Boiler heating stopped working and THAT SAME afternoon Dan came round to have a look and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it!!  
Dan was professional, friendly, polite and showed me what the issue was and how to resolve it in the future - I have encountered many tradesmen who will BS you with some elaborate issue and rip you off, whereas Dan spotted the small issue immediately, fixed it and only charged for his initial consultation - Honesty is a rarity so I can only but highly recommend Supreme Boiler Care !!  10 stars

Well….This is how it should be done!  Quick response; good communications; fair quote; efficient and effective repair; polite and engaging engineer who offered great advice on optimising the system.  Company name says it all.

When Dan realised we had no hot water or heating at all he came out the very next morning.  He spent a while trying to resolve the issue as originally we thought a new boiler would be needed.  Dan managed to fix the boiler and was extremely reasonably priced.  Dan is reliable, trust worthy and honestly wanted to help save us money if he could.  I can’t recommend him enough.   10/10 from us

Fitted an outside tap and lagged the pipes

Luke Simpson rang and visited the site within a few hours of me posting the job.  He cleared the blockage and then examined the area around and found another blockage.  He arranged (with my permission) for another drainage expert to unblock that pipe and that work was done first thing this morning.  All very professional and I am very pleased.

The new gas boiler was installed without any fuss, and was finished by early afternoon. It is now operating well, and the whole operation went smmothly. The engineer cleared up afterwards, and took the old boiler away.
