We recently moved in and had a burst pipe under the bedroom floor. I called Vince and he came out as soon as he could and realised the burst pipe for me. Super helpful and very friendly. Will defiantly be using braiden plumbing again.

I called Vince and asked him if he could pop round and change my new kitchen tap. He said he would be there the next day at 9am and just before 9 he turned up change the tap for us and ensured it was all ok. Cleaned up the little mess he made and was on his way. Great service very professional and immaculate time keeping can not recommend enough.

Excellent Job Done

Frank has provided an excellent service.  The toilet fix was relatively simple but even the trip to the local merchant to get the part was speedy.  This led to a series of investigations to find a possible larger source of a leak, where he explained his rationale for what he was looking at and how we could then rule different aspects out.  He has remained in touch as I continue to monitor the external meter, providing an important ongoing service to me.  Highly recommend.

Frank did an appreciable job.  He visited twice as the problem wasn’t fixed in first visit and it was completed in second visit with full satisfaction.  He is helpful too as I called him for digital display in Boiler burner.  He directed me to check few points over phone itself.  Problem was solved.  I highly recommend him.

Anthony arrived at the agreed time.  He told me that his charge was £80 per hour.  He replaced a washer on a rather old tap.  This now works well.  He unblocked the kitchen drain which was really bad - and left the area very clean.  It took him an hour in all and it cost me £80 as agreed.  I was 100% satisfied.

Reliable, updated me as to what time tradespeople would arrive and what would happen next.  Clean and tidy work.  Pleased with finished product.  My only note would be to quote for glossing as didn’t feel 100% finished until I glossed doors and skirting.

Anthony visited us in our new home and we had various issues with the shower and plumbing.  He was friendly and professional and explained clearly the best way to solve each problem which I really appreciated.  He was able to book us in very quickly and always kept in touch about timings and costs.  The work completed was to a fantastic standard and we are so happy with the finished result.  Anthony was even able to put us in touch with other reliable people who could complete other work for us.  I couldn’t recommend him enough and we will be keeping in touch with him for future projects.
