Nexus

Had an internal fire door and an external door fitted.  Very easy to sort out the details with Avnash beforehand and the guys did a very neat and tidy job with the fitting.  All round a very positive experience.

Two doors installed.

We had all of our 13 windows and 2 external doors replaced by Nexus and couldn’t have asked for a better service.  Having had our fingers burnt when we last had our windows replaced 20+ years ago by a national company, we did our research this time and Nexus came over as the most honest and reliable out of all the companies we approached, as well as being the best priced.  Avnash and his team were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.  Even when they came across unforeseen issues during the fitting, they never cut any corners and their workmanship was of the highest level.  Highly recommended.

Total Replacement of Windows and Doors

Nexus were very helpful throughout the whole process, from the initial site survey, providing samples and performance data, through to quoting for the different options.  The work itself was carried out on time, and the fitters were very tidy.  We are very pleased with the finished result, as it has made the whole room warmer, and reduced condensation.  There were no snags, and everything is working well 3 months on.

Nexus replaced two windows, several handles on other windows, and repaired a broken window closing mechanism.  The work was quoted for, arranged, and carried out, with the utmost professionalism.  The team who carried out the work were experienced and courteous, and the the new windows look great.  Wonderful service, can't recommend them highly enough.

We had two Velux windows replaced and these fitters were recommended by Velux.  Installation team were punctual, courteous and efficient.  Very happy with the installation- minimal disruption to the decor and cleaned up well when they finished.  Very happy to recommend.

We hired Nexus to carry out substantial internal alterations in our house.  From start to finish, Avnash and his team provided excellent service.  They completed the work within the agreed timescale and budget.  Throughout the duration of the work, there was very good communication and Avnash responded promptly to all our questions and was very accomodating with our extra requests (eg new windows and kitchen).  We had a very positive experience and feel that the team were very trustworthy.  We would use them again and definitely recommend Nexus.

New windows fitted

I hired Anokh GSP W&D to refit my front door and sidelights last winter.  Unfortunately, the job turned out to be a disappointment.  Despite Anokh's assurance that it would be an easy task and look perfect, the door ended up being even more crooked than before, with additional holes in the frame and water ingress.  I contacted Anokh to fix the water ingress issue, but even after using mortar, the problem persisted.  When I politely asked him to come and refit the door, I received a defensive and unprofessional.  Three months later, still no resolution and no apology for his lack of care or skill.

The workmen were lovely, professional and helpful.  They came to give us a quote promptly and were a very fair price.  They then carried the work out as soon as the door was delivered.  Overall a fantastic company and would highly recommend.
