Recent bathroom renovation completed in Potters Bar 

Renovation Projects 

Flat roofs on a property that were previously felted and had all began to fail. Stripped back to rafters, timbers replaced where needed, OSB3 laid down & then finished with 3 layers of roofing resin. 

New skirting & architrave and doors rehung at a refurbishment project 

A door to a barn that was rotten and needed replacing, replaced the frame and built a new door whilst being able to salvage the tag which is part of the history of the building. 

Customer requested a new and secure gate to be built to allow side access for their garden. 

2 leaking flat felt roofs that were stripped back to rafters. Boarded with OSB3 and finished with GRP and new coping stones. 

Customer requested a roof to be built over a walkway between their house and garage. 

Flower beds constructed out of sleepers and stepped down to match the gradient of the garden 

Replaced a pair of cupboard doors to a more modern design that matches the same style as existing doors within the house. Completed with all new skirting, architrave and ironmongery. 

Stud work I have done for making partitions etc.  

Customer had some space they wanted to utilise better so we agreed on a unit that would match their kitchen whilst giving them additional storage.

A stud wall and door frame I constructed and fitted. 

A bespoke roof lantern built as part of a roofing project in WGC, reused the glass, built a new frame & made watertight with GRP roofing resin. 

Start to finish of stripping back a felt roof, replacing rafters, new OSB3, appropriate trims and flashing & then finished with GRP roofing resin. 

New skirting on a recently refurbished property 

Leaking roof and skylight replaced with an all new GRP roof, flashing, triple glazed skylight & rotted joists replaced. 

A roof that was leaking & had severely damaged the ceiling, the roof structure was strengthened, a new GRP resin roof applied with a triple glazed unit and new flashing. Inside was repaired and skim’d

Aidan is a great carpenter. I explained with words what I wanted built (a wardrobe & some shelves built in the alcove of a bedroom, to the side of a chimney breast)  but he drew 2 clear diagrams (doors open & shut on the wardrobe) and then brought it to life. He was tidy, timely and accommodating (pivoted on the day when I asked to change heights for the shelves, add a random hanging pole in another room). He charged a fair price for a lot of work. I found the details for ATH Property Services froma friend of mine after they had done work for them.  They came to have a look at the job and gave me loads of ideas about the kitchen and how best to go about it.  They gave me a fair price for the installation work and they done everything from start to finish so I didn't have to hire any additional trades.  Through the project they kept me informed and kept my house tidy.  Very pleased with the finish and would recommend them.

We have just bought a flat to live in and needed quite a bit of work.  Initially we though about hiring different trades but we found early on that this was more hassle than it was worth.  We found ATH online and they offered all the services we needed to complete our project.  We asked them for a quotation and they came round the next day, listened to what we required and provided us with a detailed quotation very quickly.  Not long after we agreed they came and did the work.  Throughout the project the kept us informed.  It was a pleasure to work with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.
