Fitting a wet room 

Gareth replaced our shower room recently, fully managing the purchase of the goods and materials as well as coordinating works needed by the electrician and plasterer.  His experience and hands on approach meant we didn't have to worry about managing any moving parts.  Gareth was professional and courteous and dedicated to the job.  The quality of the resulting bathroom is testament to this and his extensive experience and attention to detail.  We are very happy with the new bathroom and would recommend him without hesitation - thank you!

Gareth redesigned the layout of our bathroom and completed the works to an extremely high standard.  I was grateful that Gareth had strong opinions about what might work.  It really helped to speed up the design and choosing units and materials.  I would highly recommend Gareth's work.

Family bathroom full renovation

Gareth arrived with all the tiles and sanitary ware ready to start the job.   The rip out took a little longer than usual but that’s because he uncovered the shambolic work of the previous fitters.  Once that was out of the way it was smooth sailing.  The look fit and finish couldn’t be better.   It’s a total transformation and comforting to know the job has been done properly.  This should last many years of pleasurable use.

Kitchen remodel

Well what can I say about KM Building Contractors Kevin and his handy man Mo.  They came every day on time and did a excellent job, they came up against some challenges after the old bathroom was taken out but Kevin always updated me with a way to resolve the problems.  The job took a little longer than expected but of no fault of KM Contractor.  Each night the house was left very tidy after a days work.  I would 100% recommend KM Contractors and definitely use them again.

The workmanship was great.  The staff were good at what they do and they were tidy and on time.  The price was reasonable and worth it.  I would recommend them to anyone who wants a bespoke finish.

Thank you so much for the job well done.  I do recommend using this Co.  Moussa came to fix my toilets and change new lightings all in the same day despite facing unexpected extra problems in the toilets having to go back and forth to buy parts a few times too.  I would like to thank the company for being very professional and doing the job beyond expectations.  He and his team fix my extraction fan that big company engineer said it was 100% impossible to fix!  I felt bad after inspection and he had to change the whole thing instead of just some parts.  I wish I could give rating of 20 out of 10.

Fix the toilet flush and new lightings

Very impressed.  Took the trouble to diagnose the problem with photos and explanations before arrival so as to utilise the time constructively.  Then decided to send an electrician rather than a CH engineer and he was spot on.  He bought a replacement thermostat, fitted it to the wall and helped pair it to my neohub - all for a reasonable price.  I will surely be using this company again.

Prompt and well done.  Would recommend to others.  As testimony of that I have asked them to come back and do another job!
