Explained all options and prices for the job of removing a loose aerial from a chimney pot on a terraced house. We had a new Humax Settop Box and it wouldn't connect to the Internet but not only did he get it sorted he set up the catch up channels .

Matt fitted a couple of extra sockets for TV aerial.  He gave a competitive quote.  The job took longer than he and I expected due to some unexpected problems, but he stuck at it.  He explained things fully and answered any questions that I had well.  He tested to see that points working, and gave invoice/ guarantee.
