Excellent service from start to finish.  Andy came out and provided a complete survey and free quote and advice on the best approach to achieve what we were looking for.   We wanted the garden levelled and new fencing put up.   He dealt with everything from materials to waste disposal and left the job immaculate, replacing/ fixing any minor damages to flags caused by the mini digger.   Highly recommend.  I’ll be having him back for my kitchen, extension and renovation work.

Our tongue and groove ceilings, in 3 rooms, were badly warped leaving large gaps through which heat was escaping.  Thankfully Andrew took on the painstaking job, sorting them all and insulating as well.  He is a lovely guy who is fastidious in his work, with nothing being a problem and strives for perfection, which I feel he fully attained.  He kept regular contact with me and was totally reliable.  I am delighted with the results, his work ethic is absolutely brilliant and he was competitively priced.  The best 
tradesman I've had, of which there have been many.  Highly recommend.

Andy and his boys arrived early and got started straight away.  The chimney was removed and job done to high standard.  All mess and rubble removed and taken away.  I am more than happy with the work which was done to a high standard and will definitely use Andy again and have no hesitation in recommending his work.  Friendly guy and price charged was reasonable compared to other quotes given.  I have told Andy I'll give him a ring as I've other jobs needing done but not until the spring.

Had to get a gully replaced.   Andy came got everything cut out of the ground and sorted in no time.  Filled all back up with concrete and good to go again.  Top quality work highly recommended!

I needed a new boiler fitted in a rental property and these guys organised everything for me so quickly and got the work done promptly. Really convenient and friendly service. My tenants had hot water and heating again within a day or 2. Would definitely use again.

On this occasion we were having a kitchen mixer tap supplied and fitted. Cameron arrived right on time, he was a lovely young man and fitted the tap swiftly. He removed the old tap and tidied everything up when he was finished.  This company do require payment in advance which we were cautious of as we have had previous tradesmen not turn up or leave without completing work.  However,  this has not been our experience with MyhouseMOT. They have been readily available when contacted too. All in all a very professional experience.  I would highly recommend MyhouseMOT and we will use them again.

Kitchen mixer tap.

The guy did a fantastic job painting our staircase white.  It had been a horrible antique pine colour for years and now it looks so fresh and new.  This wasn't an easy job as it is not a standard size staircase and extends over two landings to include the spindles, finials, skirting board as well as the underside of the staircase and a cupboard door.  The guy worked non stop all day over a number of days and we are delighted with the end result.  No hesitation in recommending.

Very quick response time, Neil was very good at getting in touch with me and keeping me up to date with my repair before it was carried out and managing my expectations as a hole in the ceiling needed to be cut.  Cameron did a fantastic job at repairing the pipework, he was quick, efficient and tidy.  They also offered help to organise follow up works (to plaster up the hole) which we haven't proceeded with yet (only because it needs to dry out a bit) but good to know that the option is there when we need it.

Great team!  Cameron’s work was done to a high standard quickly and with no fuss.  What impressed me most was how tidy he was, covering all flooring and leaving no trace of him being there afterwards.  Would recommend!

Fit new vanity and repair sink in a bathroom

Great initial contact - quick turnaround and minor plumbing work completed in bathroom to a high standard.   Arranged a separate roofing job with the same company.  Took a day off work to allow access for the survey and no one showed up.  No call or message for a heads up.  I messaged about it and got no response - left on read.   Disappointing but can’t fault original plumbing job.

Got a quote for a collapsed block wall, ended up going with the person who provided my second quote as I had worked with him before.  But Adrian was excellent and quite competitive.  Would definitely try him again.

We hired Adrian to turn our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home into a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom via a dormer conversion and also to removed the chimney from ground to roof.  Adrian called out within a few days advised a 5 week time frame and a quote within days.   Adrian's crew showed up everyday at 8am with smiles on their faces and were a pleasure to speak to.  They kept inside and outside of the house tidy and were extremely accommodating with any changes we made and their work was perfection.  Guys were all trustworthy and great with the neighbours.  We would highly recommend thes guys to anyone.
