    Phil came and surveyed the necessary work and sent me a quote which I accepted and arranged a date for it to be done. Simon and Jo duly arrived to carry out it out and were efficient, explained clearly what had to be done, did it with a minimum of upheaval and fuss and cleared up after they had finished, all by the due date, with the guarantee for their work arriving two weeks after I had settled their bill. Their work is excellent and I am very pleased with the result. Thank you very much, Phil, Simon and Joe, I will be very happy to recommend you to other people.

    Simon and Mick were very good - they were always quick and helpful in their responses, and clearly very knowledgeable and keen to avoid charging for unnecessary works. There was a mix up with the dates but I believe this is a rare occurrence (and likely due to the fact that they moved us forward at our request anyway), and they took some money off the price to compensate which was very generous. Overall we'd rate them as very reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable and would definitely use them again if we had other damp works needed. Competitive quote, good work and friendly service.
