BWT's surveyor Phil came to inspect the property and gave advice on several problem areas. He promptly sent a report and quote for injecting a damp proof course and replastering/tanking 2 kitchen walls. (The report also set out what external building maintenance work was necessary by builders.) Pete came to carry out the internal works over 4 days and has done a very good job. He and Phil answered all my queries before, during and after the work.

Damp treatments and advice

New floors fitted through flat.  Was an extensive job as all sub flooring replaced.  Work done to an extremely high standard and left clean and tidy.  Excellent job and would have no hesitation in recommending Simon and his team.

BWT attended to carry out extensive damp works in two rooms in my house. (Kitchen & bedroom) I’ll be honest, I was absolutely dreading this work being done, but it was completely stress free! Mick did a fantastic job, and the work was completed much quicker than I expected. I really appreciate how much care Mick took to cover other items in the rooms whilst working, closed doors, opened windows & cleaned down before he left each day.
