Took to time during quote to ensure I selecting the right product and explained the differences between my old Stannah stairlift and new Stannah stairlift, no pressure selling just advice in options that would make my use of the stairlift easier.

Great service all done with no fuss and mess, installer took time to make adjustments once fitted to ensure the stairlift meet to requirements.

CONTACTED DOLPHIN AROUND 9.30 AND AFTER A FEW QUESTIONS, WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME,LESS THAT AN HOUR LATER THEIR MAN WAS AT MY DOOR,HE QUICKLY CHECKED THE STAIR LIFT,AND ADVISED THAT THE BATTERIES WOULD NEED REPLACING, THIS WAS DONE,AND AS USUAL, VERY NEAT AND TIDY ,WORK,FROM THE VERY NICE STAFF,RIGHT FROM FITTING OF THE STAIR LIFT[ AT A GREAT PRICE ] TO THIS SERVICE WORK,BEING DONE THE STANDARD OF WORK, THE WELL PRESENTED STAFF,THE SPEED TO CARRY OUT WORK,ETC,HAS BEEN 5 STAR, CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH,*****

Excellent company - Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the various options and pros / cons of each, as my staircase leads into the living room and the wall adjacent to the stairs was relatively short.  My partner’s health has recently unexpectedly deteriorated and when I let Paul know, he said he would do his best to expedite things if he could - and he did, for which we are very grateful.  Glynn, the installer who came was punctual and did a great job installing the lift as well as making sure my partner and myself were happy with how to use the stairlift before he left.
