Rendering - Back & Front of End Terrace

The original render was in poor condition and needed to be replaced.  Elite Render Solutions assessed what needed to be done and came up with good solution and quote.  They then carried out an excellent job with a high quality finish.  They got on with the work with no fuss and completed it over a period of two weeks.  They have provided a first class service and I would definitely recommend them.

Re-render to timber frame extension

I was in need of a plasterer to do a couple of ceilings, messaged Luke via check a trade.  Within minutes he returned my call, a day later he visited site to give me a quote and went out of his way to fit the work in around his other commitments.  He was very polite and helpful.  His plastering was first class especially as it was skimming over difficult artex ceilings.  Everything was left clean and ready for the next trade.  What more can you ask for.  Thank you Luke.

Really happy with the job Luke and the guys did re-rendering the outside of my 1905 house.  They made sure that the finish was good and that I was happy with everything before finishing up.

Luke, Shaun and Dean were brilliant from start to finish.  Luke is great at communicating and was flexible when we pushed the work back a couple of months.  No complaints on the workmanship, the finish is smooth and it's made a huge difference to the look of the house.  We noticed the benefit of the EWI straight away - the heating goes on a lot less now

It is with a heavy heart I write this review.  Luke has let us down and left us to find another renderer to finish the job.  All work completed was to a high standard, and Luke was kind and personable WHEN WE COULD GET HOLD OF HIM.  Trying to pin Luke down to complete the job and tidy up has been impossible.  I called and texted many times, each time being promised another date for which he would inevitably not show up.  I told him I would be writing this review, and even that was not enough to get the work done.  Disappointingly, I have had to cut my losses and look for someone else.

Mike was thorough in explaining the work he was going to do.  It was very neatly done and a very reasonable price.  The work was multiple small cracks and issues, which Mike was happy to do.  I find that tradespeople often don't want smaller jobs, so that was a nice surprise.  Excellent job :)

Assessed options for blown ceiling.  Provided options, removed problem area and renew plasterboard ceiling, skim finish to entire ceiling preserving existing plaster mouldings and decorative ceiling rose.

Replace plaster ceiling

Clayton came to give a quote and was able to do the job the following day.  It was a days work.  He was a bit late to arrive as he had to source some of the materials.  A text would have been helpful so I knew he was still coming.  He brought Steve with him and they covered all the carpet with an excellent plastic covering which was stuck down.  They cracked on with the job and didn’t stop until it was finished.  Everything looked fine with the plaster.  In morning I removed plastic when the blobs had dried.  The carpet was perfect underneath.  Minimum waste.  Ceilings are drying out well.  Excellent

While my rental property was being repainted we realised the side walls in the extension were in poor condition.  Fine Plastering responded to my request very quickly and provided a competitive quote.  They did the job the next day allowing completion of the redecoration in a reasonable time.  Standard of finish was excellent.
