John's Tiling 

Johns work was excellent and we were very happy with the result.  He worked extremely hard to complete the job in a quick amount of time.  We would use him again.  The were a few communication issues.  Firstly it was explained that he would be ok with bank transfer but then wanted cash.  That should have been advised up front.  Secondly the price did not include the rubbish to be removed, which we could either deal with or pay £20 on top.  We dealt with it.  Lastly, John didn’t seem to understand why an invoice was needed for payment.  As of yet we still have not received one despite promising to.

I had the pleasure of working with John for my bathroom renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results.  His professionalism and friendliness made the process enjoyable, and his attention to detail was impeccable.  He listened to my ideas and provided valuable suggestions, resulting in a beautifully finished bathroom.  The project was completed on time, showcasing his efficiency and commitment to quality. Bathroom renovation

Ion's work was of high standard.  He was polite and tidy.  After many months of being unable to use the shower we are very pleased.  We definitely will use him again for future work.

The floor on our utility area was very uneven and someone had made a start to tile the area but had given up.  John's Tiling were very professional and were able to deal with the issues we had without any problems (e.G.  Uneven floor, drain to cover, walls that were not straight...).
They worked well with only a couple of very short breaks during the day.
The job they have done is exceptional.   The tiling is spot on with extra detail given to the eye-line when you walk in to the room.
Overall a great experience and we will definitely be using them again.

Renovated my property recently and installed underfloor heating on the ground floor to run in conjunction with a newly installed heat pump..to be honest held off a bit on this review as i needed to get some performance data from the floor laid by Mark and the team at The Berkshire Tile Company. Initially looked at engineered wood flooring but Mark recommended a wood effect porcelain tile... looked absolutely great (so the missus was happy) but the performance has gone beyond and above our expectations, saving us £100's  in the process. Highly recommended.

Top Notch Floor Tiling

We had such a great experience with Mark, Daniel and the team from Berkshire Tiles.  Choosing the bathroom components and tiles we had a really extensive choice, the 3D visualisation drawings were clear and helped us make our decision.  We got a great competitive quote for all the parts and fitting.  The fitting itself was very smooth - it went exactly as planned and finished half a day early.  Mark kept us well up to date with what was going on and the fitting team were very professional.  No corners cut, no quibbles, attention to detail was fantastic and we are delighted with a top rate job!

Complete bathroom refit

It was a tricky job, lots of awkward cuts with large thick porcelain tiles.  The job took longer than we thought but we would rather the fitters took their time than rushed it just to get the job done.  A tile cracked around the toilet, there was absolutely no problem in getting it replaced.  It was important also for my husband and myself that the guys were friendly and worked carefully around our property, that is not always the case when you have work done at your property sadly.

When I called Berkshire tile, I had a maximum budget in mind, however with Daniel’s expert knowledge and guidance we were able to find tiles that complemented the room miles in my budget, the whole process was seamless and Daniel and his team gave me accurate time scales and kept my updated throughout.

The Berkshire Tile Co did a fantastic job refitting my ensuite bathroom.  While the work was ongoing they took precautions to keep the house clean and kept us updated with what was going on, and when things needed to be changed they advised us on the best alternatives but ultimately left it up to us.  At every stage it was clear that they took pride in their work and wanted to do the best job possible, and Mark and Damien were always professional and courteous towards us and our home.  The final result is a beautiful bathroom finished to a high standard that we couldn't be happier with!

Tiling a fireplace

Francisco was quick to respond to my work brief to replace some damaged tiles in a shower cubicle.  Within 24 hours Francisco came to my house and gave me a very competitive quote which I was happy to accept.  Work commenced the following day but upon further inspection it was clear the job was much bigger than expected due to water ingress which had damaged around 4 sqm of plaster which would need replacing.  Francisco acknowledged this was unexpected and made sure he kept any additional costs to a minimum.  I was very happy with this approach and would thoroughly recommend Francisco.
