Kitchen refurbishment

Chris and his team laid 40sqm of patio in our garden.  Chris worked with us to source the right patio slabs and he and his team worked diligently to lay the patio.  Chris project managed and worked very hard to ensure the patio was laid carefully.  He and his team took great care and attention with each slab, and you can really tell with the end result.  Chris provided excellent aftercare too and gave us great advice on how to look after each year, he even offered to return in a few weeks and treat it for us which was over and above what he had quoted for.

We appointed Chris Walker Construction to fully refit a downstairs cloakroom and an upstairs en-suite toilet and showroom.  Chris’s quote was very detailed and comprehensive.  He helped us to re-design the layout and worked closely with us to select and source the right sanitaryware.   Chris has exceptionally high standards and they do everything the right way and do not cut corners.  We are so pleased with two new bathrooms and very happy we chose Chris and his team.  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Cloakroom and Ensuite

I am so glad we appointed Chris and his team to build our rear, single storey extension.  From the start of the project right up until the end they have been absolutely outstanding in every possible way and we couldn’t be happier with the result.  Chris took all the stress out of the project by providing a very detailed quote, sourcing all materials, planning everything to perfection and ensuring that there were no delays throughout. Single Storey Extension

Chris and his team are unfaultable!  They carried out work to the rear of my bungalow, adding a single storey extension.  I had a knock through of two rooms then the rear knocked through to the extension giving me 48sq metres.  Chris supplied and fitted a beautiful white Matt kitchen with white quartz worktop and also fitted my wood floor.  His price included all the plastering and painting.  I didn’t need to worry about a thing!  They worked so hard and did a top notch job.  I can’t recommended them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Single storey extension

Chris clearly cares about the work his company does and has very high standards.  He is very helpful, easy to talk to and is happy to answer questions and explain the building process etc.  Gary and Gary, who did a lot of the building, worked very hard and were considerate and helpful, doing their best to minimise the disruption.  They, and all the other tradesmen involved, were professional and friendly.  When we came across a couple of problems, caused by the state of my old kitchen floor and plaster, Chris was very reassuring, managing the extra work very reasonably and efficiently.
