In 1988 Chris Lyle Plastering & Property Maintenance began in Bristol. After moving to Cornwall almost 20 years ago, Chris began to learn about local building techniques and procedures and gained qualifications and experience in other trades. 

Now based on the Devon/Cornwall border in Callington and with a team of well qualified and accomplished tradesmen, CL Building Services cover the entirety of the two counties for all of its construction, renovation and refurbishment needs.

We are very pleased to be approved by numerous organizations including the Federation of Master Builders and British Gypsum.
