I needed to sound proof my floors and requested to make it specifically inside with slabs without any finish. Very few contractors get into position that I don't want to replace the whole chipboard floor. Eddie get into position and provided me with the best offer. They started and did the job quickly. 
Still there was sensed a bit of rush when I had to inspect and ask to reinforce the floor near cuts after the job was done and fix some ceiling lights.

Eddy did a great job leveling out floor and installing our new wooden floor.  We had a few initial issues and he came up with good solutions to make it work.  Left the place tidy and put pack all the furniture where they belong after his job done.  Really recommend

Eddie did such an incredible job with my project from start to finish.   I’m impressed by the quality of the build and the finish achieved, and also by the discipline showed by his team in terms of turning up on time every day, sticking to the project schedule and keeping costs under budget.   I found Eddie and his team to be courteous, worked well with other tradesmen, kept the site and surroundings tidy, and also cultivated good relations with the neighbours who didn’t complain once about noise or anything else.  9 months in, I couldnt be happier my newly renovated house.

My wife and I were concerned with the wall on top of our garage which was leaning and mortar crumbling off.  Dave and his team gave a good accurate quote and fitted us in urgently to make it safe.  The team did an excellent job and we are delighted with the finish.  A proper job done with courtesy and all left clean and tidy, will be using again and would recommend.

Roofing repairs 

Dave and his team recently undertook 2 roof repairs jobs, one on a pitched porch roof and the other on a flat roof.  Dave quickly identified the issues which were causing intermittent water damage.  He explained the work involved and rationale.  Both jobs were completed with photos showing before and after.  Dave was as good as his word as to when he would call to look at the work and return.  Would definitely recommend.  We will call on him again in the future should we need further roof works.

We needed to replace our roof tiles and general external maintenance work.  Very happy to have found Dave and LRB team.  His quote was competitive and reasonable.  Dave had a schedule of work for each week so we knew what would be done.  The team were professional, polite and friendly.  They turned up on time and left on time leaving everything clean.  Dave made sure we knew what was done each day.  Any additional work that was required, Dave explained why and costed for us.  The quality of work is very good, new roof tiles look great and solidly installed.  We're very pleased and highly recommend LRB.

Replacement of roof tiles.

Finding London roofing building Ltd, was a huge relief after 3 months of excuses and chasing other builders.  David came to assess the work required, explained everything to us and had a quote over in just over a week.  The whole team were great, on site when they said they would be, very polite and clean, it was a professionally run building site,David handled everything including kitchen design supply and install, they recommended trades, suppliers and gave advice.  They made the experience so easy and I can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t hesitate we would use David an kirk again.

This was the second time I used Julian and my experience was as good as the first time. He is punctual, respectful and consults you every step of the way so that there are no surprises and the end result is always excellent. I would strongly recommend Julian. 

Repair and paint Shed and Repair and seal conservatory roof

Julian fixed some fence panels that fell down due to adverse weather.   He was very quick to respond.  He was able to attend the job the following day and managed to fix the fences in good time making sure they were safe and secure before leaving.   I cannot recommend Julian enough.   Thank you!

Fence Work

JX builders were excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again.  Very friendly and courteous.  They came quoted, and turned up promptly to carry out the job to a high standard all with time and budget agreed.

Create a doorway through a wall to join existing loft space to extension loft space.

Julian is very clear in his quotes, time and work estimation, keeps you regularly updated about when he can start the work.  I especially liked the fact that he values his and other peoples times and is keen to finish off the work in the timescales specified which means starting early as well if the work demands.  He is a thorough professional, extremely polite and give details to his work.  On the price front as well I found his quotes very reasonable and does not cut corners.  I would recommend him highly for any building work having seen his work at other peoples places as well.

House Painting

Julian is a very amazing person .  His work is fantastic, very clean and always finishes his work on time .  This is the second time, he worked in my house for insulation on the roof.  First time he came to remove my chimney walls.  He quote the best price .  I remember he even came on Sunday to finish his work on time as my guest was supposed to come.  He even helped me to do some of the small job as a help.  Highly recommended.  I am already recommending to all my friends and in fact he is already talking two of my friends job.
