Having a rewire will never be a pleasurable experience. True to form, this was an utterly terrible 3 weeks of my life, redeemed only by the patience, reliability, diligence and sense of fun that Peter and his team bought to the job. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my electrical needs having worked with them!

Zoe who I spoke with was polite , knowledgeable and professional on the phone. Talked me through how to get the power back on and what to do if it ever cuts out again. 10/10 service especially when I had bad customer service from a larger Buisiness recently. I think she should be praised.

Electrical appliances not working through out the house

The guys were very professional and thorough with their work, which they managed to finish quicker than expected, which was a definite bonus. They were always polite and helped me considerably to deal with moments of stress that a major job like this can cause for the property owner!

Dealt with Peter who was helpful explaining the ins and outs of the job.  Bit of a problem in that for some reason there was a problem with the feed tank not refilling so the fitter was there much longer than expected.  I was waiting for 'the price has now gone up', but no, same as original quote.  Hot water back up and running.

Immersion replaced

Peter was very courteous and prompt at all times.  He came when he said he would and completed the works efficiently, any changes were clearly communicated and agreed.  A pleasure to have work on our home.

Faulty thermostat

Work carried out was to a high standard and completed quickly.  Chased a wall for almost 10ft to put new sockets in and put sockets on the other side of the room flush into the wall.  Friendly local electricians I'd be more than happy to recommend to friends and family.  Very likely to use them again for future work.

He undertook this job without prior knowledge and completed this task in a professional manner keeping me updated at all times!

Ben accepted my invite to inspect the premises which he did, and emailed a quote on sane day.  Another electrician also visited the house.  But was very haphazard, so I did not pursue this.  I paid the Ben's deposit and he re-visited me and looked more closely at what was required.  He was very thorough, helpful but business-like.  He commenced work on 9/4 :rewiring, renewing plugs,renewing alarms,extractor fan - bringing all up to recent legislative requirements.  He missed an afternoon for attendance at hospital).  Testing, certificates, etc ready.  Premises viewed and handed back a.M.  15/4.

Connecting Rangemaster Cooker

Darren turned up on time, with all necessary tools to do the job.  He kept the electrical disruption period to a minimum.  All equipment was fitted into a very limited space and in my designated space outside the house.  All his work was explained to me as he went and at the finish.  He tidied up behind him and left me very little to do after.  Very satisfied with him and I would recommend him to everyone.
