We contacted Gas Care to get a quote to have a nest thermostat fitted.  We were contacted within a few hours with a quote and the job was booked for a few days later.  Workman arrived on time and had the thermostat fitted within the hour.  He stuck around ensuring all was working correctly and helped me get set up!  Would definitely recommend

Booked annual boiler service- very easy, dates to suit.  On the day Engineer notified us he was on his way.  Arrived a few minutes later and efficiently serviced said boiler.  Again notified us that he was finished.  Invoice followed via email.  Excellent service and communication

Fix on a boiler

Terrible job.  Brand new boiler fitted, broke down 3 days later.  Gas craft had not drilled a hole in the waste pipe so everything coming back into boiler.  Also faulty wiring.  A different engineer came to sort it out thank Hod as we were left with no hot water.  In addition, left a total mess inside and outside, was about to leave without filling holes, signed my name on paperwork to say I had okayed everything (he hadn’t even discussed it with me) and failed to leave new CO monitor (but said on the form he had checked it).  I have put in a complaint via Corgi.  Awful, awful, awful.

Quoted over the phone and sent emailed quote but told me he wanted half the money upfront.  Decided not to go ahead as I do not know him and do not hand over money upfront to anyone

Good communication and arrived at time arranged.  Happy that they found my boiler in good working order as was first time I have used this company.  Shower issue was minor and I was shown how to sort it myself without any work needing to be done.  So far so good so I do intend contacting them next year to service my boiler

Magna clean was something I hadn’t thought about and a power flush was concerning me regarding the pressure of water going the our radiators.   Mark turned up on time and attached the relevant equipment.  One week later came back to check and flush out chemicals.   The magma clean had picked up some sludge but not as much as expected so we left it another week.   Again a week later the system had picked up some more sludge and the radiators were working a lot better than before.   Mark finished the job and was polite and courteous all the way through.
