Richard from DW Plumbing Services responded within the hour and was very thorough and helpful in explaining the process that James, who he would assign to the job, would go through and what the likely options and costs would be.
James arrived as anticipated and after inspecting the shower confirmed that a replacement unit would be required. Richard and James recommended a suitable replacement and once I had accepted James went and purchased a new unit and returned and installed it.
I am very pleased with the service provided and will certainly go back to DW for any future jobs. Recommend them.

The original plan to repair the tap was sadly not possible but the plumber tried everything he possibly could to avoid having to fit a new one - even though that was the final outcome.  Communication was clear and prompt, the plumber turned up in the agreed timeslot and the service was friendly and business like.

Speedy Fix came to repair a water mains leak for us.  Not only were they extremely speedy but polite, friendly and professional too.  I would definitely recommend them.

The Speedy fix plumber was polite and helpful. The new complete cistern he put in looks to be a job well done. However, I have twice sent e- mails to the office requesting an invoice for the work, showing the Job Description, Parts and Labour Charges, Senior Citizen Discount, and ‘Payment Received’. I have received no reply to these requests. As I have been given nothing in writing by Speedy Fix Services I consider this to be not only discourteous, but also a refusal to complete fully the contract between us.

Able to quote and carry out the work in the same afternoon.  Shower is now much better compared to the existing electric shower.

Turned up same day to quote.  Job completed following day after agreeing scope of works.  Great service at a reasonable cost.

Replaced Shower Pump

Started the job promptly very smart looking plumbing work.  However I was very disappointed when I found the plumber had left all his rubbish under the bath.  However they did respond to fix a small error .  Also I think I was overcharged because I was in a hurry to get the job done

Install an easy fix shower

Price was higher than expected after consulting a friend of the family, hopefully Anglia water will cover the £245 cost as mum had to pay before job done and we have to claim it back from Anglia water

I could not recommend this company more. The whole experience was the best I had with a trade company. Called in the morning, they said they could send someone at lunch time and then kept me informed of arrival times.

The plumber then arrived and did his diagnostic, quoted a reasonable fix and did the job straight away. He also went above and beyond. When all the plumbing side had been done and we still didn't have hot water, instead of walking away, he called an electrician who walked him through some diagnostics for our electric boiler and he managed to fix that as well. I'm so so grateful!
