    Donald arrived to give us a quotation but he advised that the job was not the sort of job he specialised in. He gave us some very valuable advice and later his wife Vanessa phoned us with details of a recommended company for the job. I offered some payment for the time and advice he had given us but he would not accept anything. I have used DME in the past and cannot recommend them highly enough

    Donald had previously done some work on my conservatory door. I asked him on a different matter concerning a door and window removal. He popped round and gave me some advice. I offered to pay for his time at least but he insisted that that was not necessary. A pleasure to do business with him and Vanessa. No hesitation to recommend.

    This is the 3rd time I have chosen to employ Donald to replace old standard glass with highly heat efficient E glass. Each time I have been thrilled with the result, which is why I have gradually replaced almost all the window glass in my flat now. This is a very professional small family business, both Donald and Vanessa are extremely efficient in what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who wants a competitive and personal service.
