Door was previously fitted (another company) without any fixing screws, it was just held in by silicone. Customer opened the door and the frame fell forward. It has now been fitted correctly.

Blinds in conservatory had been removed and had left indentations on the trim,  new trim added to cover the marks up.

Customer had new flooring, silicon was put around the edges which looked messy and was coming away. We fitted new plastic trim which finishes it off nicely.

Donald arrived on time and was polite and professional. He discussed our window tint and showed us the examples and helped  us to find the closest match to the rest of our conservatory windows. We also discussed a leak  and stiff difficult to close door locks  and he gave us sound advice on how to resolve them, which worked! No more troublesome door locks etc. The ordered replacement conservatory window was ordered and replaced quickly and efficiently. Will use Donald again when required.
