In the showroom the salesperson spent time explaining our options.  The fitter called as prearranged to give us the exact details of what was suitable for our situation.  Everything went according to plan and we were very impressed with the service.  Would highly recommend.

We had an old fire removed, the present fireplace adapted and a new fire installed.

The team from Tops Fireplaces were polite, helpful and professional throughout the whole process…from our initial visit to their shop to completion of installation of our new fireplace.  I would have no problem recommending Tops.

Arrived on time, make sure floor was covered, had to cut off gas from old gas fire.  Drill out wall, clearing away rubbish was they went.  Cut off access to chimney breast plastered and made good walls put down new base, and put in new electric Dimplex stove, Both friendly and finished up and checked I was happy with the fireplace.  Have used tops before so new they would be working to high standard

Dave responded promptly to our request for a quote and came to our house - the quote was very fair, he was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.  Due to his companies popularity we had to wait whilst they finished another job, but we don't regret the wait as the end result was fantastic.  The team were reliable, courteous, very clean/tidy and worked hard every day.  Our front room looks amazing - thank you Dave and Stu for all the hard work.  Highly recommended!

Dave and Jim, we’re amazing throughout.  Dave helped with the design of the media wall and executed the finish amazingly.  They couldn’t do enough to get it right for us.  Worked hard and through the weekend to get it all done.  Clean and tidy in everything they did.  Oak beam was perfect and tiling/plastering was spot on.  There was no rush to get out and made sure it looked perfect for us.  For the work, effort and quality of all the materials it was such a good price.  Have already recommended to a number of friends who have seen the finished result.  Would 100% recommend them, thanks again

From the beginning Dave was very polite, helpful and gave a good price for what we were asking for.  Nothing ever seemed to much and Dave went above and beyond to much sure we had an affordable but also beautiful finished product.  Dave arrived on time at our property, his work was neat and tidy.  We were regularly update with any queries and gave his opinion to give us the best result.  We now have a warm and amazing new woodburner and media wall in our first house.  Would definitely recommend this exceptional service!

Arrived when he said he would and started working straight away covering the entire room with dust sheets.  There were 2 people to complete the work there was hardly any mess.  Upon completion of the work I was shown how to operate the fire.  Very impressed by the professional way they completed all the work.
