Simon was absolutely amazing!  He was there next day for a quote and I was scheduled in for fitting the next week!  Tram were great, the house finished cleaner than before they arrived - pipe work so clean and neat!  Job done was absolutely fab, done in a timely manner and in such a busy period of the winter

Excellent communication before and during the job, explained everything thoroughly to me/partner.  House left very tidy and protected with carpet protection throughout.  Also told that if any problems occurred within the warranty period they would be out to get it sorted, which there has been no issues

Job wasn’t as straight forward as first thought but wasn’t a problem, they still managed to get it all done in 2 days, would highly recommend.  Very pleased

New combo boiler + take out old cylinder

Excellent service.  Phoned Simon as new boiler and radiators needed.  Visited and provided quote day after.  Gave good advice on what boiler would suit us best.  Prioritised as no heating, date given.  Arrived early two of them worked hard over 2 days.  Very friendly, clean, efficient and professional.  Everything was put back as was.  Did a fantastic job.  Will definitely be having him back to change more radiators.  Would definitely recommend

Exceptional service from Simon and team, we had a bit of emergency with the old boiler so called them, came bang on time on a Tuesday, juggled existing jobs about so they could fit our new one on the Friday, very polite tidy and professional throughout the full installation.

Great job completed by this company, from start to finish we never had a single problem, everything was completed in the time specified, they even managed to bring our job forward as we were having problems with our old boiler, very neat workmanship, job completed to a very high standard and bang on estimated price. If you are wanting a reliable, professional CH system installation then these are the men for you, nothing was too much trouble, they fitted ours when they said they would, a total of 11 Radiators and new boiler and only took 2 days, very courteous throughout and happy in the knowledge that they are Gas Safety registered.  100% recommended.

Honestly, I don't have a bad word to say.  We were without water, he came round within an hour on a bank holiday evening.  Job sorted, no problem.  Jason's a really nice guy, patiently answered all my questions about how the heating system works, and even checked the connections on a tap I'd just changed were tight enough before turning everything back on (I wanted to be sure!).  Nothing but praise for the guy.
