Arrived punctually, quoted fairly, communicated well and managed to accommodate the job at short notice.  All work carried out carefully to a great standard (changing of light fittings, removal of light fittings, adding a heap of spotlights throughout the property, moving switches).

Professional and organised from the start and throughout. Hired for bathroom extractor fan installation and fixing light. Hendrik offerered recommendations and his team welcomed questions, which made me feel valued as a customer. Job well done, would certainly contact them again in the future.

Initial delay for agreed diagnosis of fault from a Friday to a Saturday but was notified and engineer did arrive.  He was excellent, clean and tidy.  Got to work without any delay. Quickly reported that the fault was the inverter. He stated that a replacement unit would be sourced together with a price.  I  now await details of replacement part fitting , price and completion date.

Replacing electrical sockets

Had a shower installed. I was going to write a full review of my experience but not enough room. Basic overview is that the shower was a bit smaller than where the previous shower was installed. Rather than highlighting this they proceeded to install it leaving visible gaps in the tiles and the units case wasn't flush on 1 side due to 'the pipes and wires being squeezed'. When challenged the response was it needed a bigger shower. I could pay for it to be replaced or they could alter the unit which would invalid the warranty. No interest in discussing any other solution. Not a great experience

Came really quickly for a very last minute request and was super flexible to needing to be an early Saturday morning. Was an hour later than agreed however got the work done quickly and tidily once arrived.

Called Rhino Electricals to fix a faulty electric immersion heater boiler. Hendrik identified the issue. Very professional service and will definitely be recommending/calling again when needed. 10/10

New Consumer Unit and other electrical fittings

Ste from SM Electrical’s came a quoted for a new fuse box and whilst he was here asked him if he could add some sockets to the house, popped in at the time stated quoted and explained what needed to be done, the day of the job turned up nice and early at the agreed time worked throughout the day with the job completed to a very high standard. Ste took the time at the end to explained how it all worked (very knowledgeable) and all work is very neat and all mess tidied away I would highly recommend Ste from SM Electricals for his work, very courteous and professional. 110% happy THANK YOU.

Ste rewired my house in March 2024 and was brilliant from start to finish.  He is a great electrician and works to a very high standard.  He is knowledgeable, hard working and took great care to minimise the intrusion caused by running new cables all over the house.  Ste installed a new Hager distribution board, all new wiring, sockets, lighting, extractor, intruder alarm and fire alarm system.  I'm very happy with the completed installation.
