I just wanted to give a huge thank you to DP Electrical for their brilliant job upgrading my fuseboard.

Right from the get-go, they were super professional but also really down-to-earth. They took the time to explain what needed to be done without all the confusing technical stuff, which I really appreciated.

When installation day rolled around, the DP Electrical team showed up right on time, ready to rock. They were friendly, easy to chat with, and got straight to work. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they got everything sorted.

He returned my call promptly, we arranged a date & time which he honoured & carried out the work in a professional manner with no fuss.
 
A number of issues were flagged up on the EICR, a return date & price was agreed on & again David returned to complete the remedial works, again with zero hassle leaving the house in a clean & tidy condition. 
A really friendly guy happy to give advice, I’ll be using DP Electrical again & i’d definitely recommend their services.

Electrical Condition Check

Had a disconnected wire in the wall which took some time to identify. 

Anwar made very clear what he was doing and why and tried his best to look for simple cheap solutions first. Very reasonably priced, very polite and a very professional job.

The communication from the company was amazing, they came out to discuss where the fan is going before any work is carried out, I would highly recommend this company for any electrical work needed round your home.

These guys are brilliant.  Can’t recommend them highly enough.  We had no heating just a few days before Christmas and the boiler company who we’d paid a lot of money to fix it bailed on us.  At incredibly short notice, Harris heating visited twice, firstly Matty and another colleague (didn’t catch his name) checked the electrics and confirmed they were fine, so called in Lee the following day who went above and beyond to visit at almost no notice.  He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly sorted our boiler so we had heating over Christmas.  I can’t thank them enough.  Amazing service.

SS Electrical Leeds Ltd

SS Electrical were engaged to replace the electrical distribution board, but advised an electrical test and inspection would be required in the first instance, which seamed reasonable.  This was quoted for, with a clear deliverable of a test certificate / inspection report.  A team came and carried out what appeared to be an electrical inspection, but would not disclose there initial findings; advising to expect a call within the week.  Despite prompt payment of the invoice and repeated attempts to discuss the findings and take receipt of the report, SS Electrical continues to ignore my calls.

They rang back the same day I left a message, made an appointment which they kept, and replaced the switch quickly.  They made sure to clean up any debris before leaving.

Following a second call out to fix a recuring fault we were told that more work was neded to tidy up some poorly installd cables.  Asked for a quote and told £1500.  Declined as felt this was too high.  3 months later recieved an invoice for second call out and also for the quote!  Website says no charge for quotes also we were not told there was a charge for quotes - called to question this but not answering just keep gettgin more emails requestign payment.

I paid the £150 that was quoted.  I been calling , texting still no certificate, now he is not answering his phone.
