The work was carried out to a very high standard. The workmen were always polite and respectful to me and my property. They arrived when they said they would and the work was carried out well within time agreed. They were also very neat and tidy in their work and cleaned up after themselves. Derek was very helpful and was able to deal with any slight queries I had. Overall, I would 100% recommend Resolution joinery to anyone and I would definitely use them again should the need arise.


Kitchen renovation and two new doors in hallway.

Resolution Joinery, Again have finished another project of mine from start to finish.  New bathroom, Doors, window's and kitchen.  I can not speak highly enough of Derek (Who is just amazing) His knowledge of Design and build inc any specification requirements is exactly why I will not go anywhere else. New house renovation

Recently had a total refit of our bathroom and shower room by Resolution.  WOW!!  What a transformation!!  First class service from start to finish from Dereck and his amazing team Chris the joiner and Darren his plumber.  I remain in awe at their exceptional skill set and their attention to detail.  Nothing was too much trouble and their work ethic and professionalism was outstanding.

New Kitchen, New Boiler, House rewired

Derek and his team left me a job that was first class on Time and his guys so polite and helpful.  Even took my partners shopping in house for her .A would highly recommend these guys from start to finish.  Derek seams so proud off his guys and to me a happy squad is a productive squad. Loft conversion

We contracted to refurbish one of the bathrooms in our rental property.  Derek appeared professional and amiable.  Furthermore, he was creative, gave good advice and added in some little extra touches which were appreciated.  Shortly after installation of around 3-months, mould appeared around the silicon in the shower tray and silicon was coming away from the wet wall.   We made Derek aware of this immediately and sent images as soon we were informed by our tenants, however, he took no responsibility; instead, he blamed our tenants and has not returned to the property

Really happy with the work carried out which was completed to a very high standard. Everything looks great .  It was an awkward space and Gareth was willing to problem solve till we came up with a solution.  Would definitely recommend

Toilet flush fix

Work required was to replace an old system boiler downstairs with a combi boiler and Hive set up, and remove the water tank upstairs.   Darren was excellent from start to finish.  Initial response was quick and he visited to assess the work required.  Sent me a few quotes for various combi boilers and these were very competitive.  He was punctual, did everything required, very tidy, and a pleasure to deal with throughout.  He talked me through the new set up, explained Hive, and even fixed a couple of radiator bits and pieces as he went.  An absolutely professional service and happy to recommend.

Very happy to recommend - kept updated by text ahead of appointment.  He arrived promptly, explained what he’d be doing, and everything was completed to our satisfaction.  Very neat and tidy.  We’ve since asked for a quote for a replacement boiler and additional radiators, though not yet ready for the work, and I was really impressed that I wasn’t pushed to look at more expensive products or add ons, and that he took the time to explain what would and wouldn’t work well for our home, all with no hard sell whatsoever or pushiness.   Would very happily recommend - so reassuring to find someone trustworthy.
