I highly recommend Denis.  The work Denis did for me was of very high quality but what really stood out for me is I found Denis to be HIGHLY RESPONSIVE AND RELIABLE (sometimes not the case with tradesmen in my experience!).  Key to this is that Denis has strong communication skills - replied quickly to messages, ensured he had the correct understanding of the job and came when he said he would.  That's what you want as a customer.  Further to this Denis is an extremely friendly and personable chap!   Highly recommended!

Moving a vent

Denis has completed two jobs for me now, both done to a very high standard at a good price.  Both jobs involved some repointing and brickwork to replace some broken/missing bricks.  Looks fantastic, very pleased.

Denis was terrific throughout.  He came very shortly after my original phone call, looked at the work that had to be carried out and within 24hrs had given me a quote.  He was very busy at the time and explained that he would not be able to do the work immediately as he needed to finish that job.  True to his word he kept me up to date with progress and we were able to arrange a convenient date for the work to be done.  The work has now been carried out to my entire satisfaction, the standard of work is excellent and the tidying up afterwards was really good.  Top man!!!

I requested a 5meters long x 1.1m high double brick fence in my front garden, whole process was quick and even though Roman has his schedule quite busy, he said he can finish it working on the next weekend as I wanted to have it done as soon as possible.  He willingly stay overtime to have it done within 3 days as he promised.  I can tell he's professional and takes his clients time seriously never lacks a communication and tries to find mutually suitable solution if asked.  This was my second time I used his service and I am sure I will come back next time too.
