 All our staff are directly employed so we can manage your project from start to finish with confidence. All our staff have a CSCS skill card, CITB Safety Training Certificates. Our managers also have a Managers Safety qualification and a Construction Degree.

Having major building work done on your home is a big decision. If you need an extension, we will help you to design the scheme and obtain all the necessary Planning and Building approvals from the Council. We will also assist to obtain neighbours consent if this is required for Planning or Party Wall Consent.

We will advise you on all your options at the concept stage before you have spent any money so that you get what you want. We will guarantee the works and provide Certificates of Approval.

We are approved by Constructionline Gold and Trust Mark Accredited. We are also NICEIC approved for all types of electrical Works. We are Gas Safe Approved for heating works. All our Staff have Asbestos Awareness training, Construction Safety Training. We have Public Liability Insurance for £10 million pounds and Employers Liability for £5 million.
