Moving house 

We paid over £1000 for our removals. They subcontracted our removal job to a company called Black Cube Removals based in Wolverhampton (google will show other peoples experiences) I was unaware of this until we had to report stolen items and damages to our possessions. We paid for a 9-10am pick up, they arrived at 1pm and then informed us they didn't have time to deliver our stuff the same day as they had other pick ups to do. They claim to have a live tracker for the driver, this never worked. Our stuff was finally delivered at 7pm the next evening, our TV was stolen and our sofa was slit and

DO NOT USE!!

The company appeared to be very professional and efficient before the supposed removal date, however the reality was completely the opposite. Our time slot for our move was 9am to 10am. At 10am when we had heard nothing I contacted any van and was told that the driver could no longer do the job and they were searching for another driver and hopefully we would be able to move that day. We were all packed and waiting the money had been swapped and the new person was coming in at midday. After numerous phone calls we got nowhere at all and at 120clock we decided to do the move ourselves. Shocking

Disgusting service

First time I've used a removal service. The guys who came out were very professional and took good care of our item's. They were very patient when they had to wait in the van for nearly 2 hrs until we could get in the house. They also moved some trees in large pots which my husband thought he might have to leave behind.

Very satisfied with this experience, very good communication before the day and then the tracking meaning I could get on with my day.  The van turned up on time, and the load went like clockwork.  Accurate tracking for the delivery and made sure I was happy where everything was left.  I have no hesitation in recommending and will certainly use them again next time.

Great service on time the driver was very  polite and helpful and smart. Would recommend this company and very competitive prices and kept me updated when and where they were on the delivery.

Contacted them on their website. I wanted them to collect a small 2 seater couch and deliver to my flat. (2 mile).  I transferred £16 deposit and never heard from them again. They keep me on hold every time I call!  Never again use this company!!!!

Barry and his team did a fantastic job with our 4bedroom house move.  Barry gave us a fixed quote which we were very happy with and on the day he and his team turned up on time, respected all our property and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.  They dismantled beds and other furniture and put them back together at the other end.  Moving house is always a stressful experience but Barry and the guys made it totally stress free for us.  Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Gents of Glasgow carried out our house move and I can only say positive things about the experience. Prior to the move Alex was quick with a quote and answered any questions we had promptly. 
This was a tricky job due to the nature of the property we were leaving but the team handled it with ease, getting us packed up in plenty time. 
We ran into issues when it came time to get the keys to our new property which delayed the move in on the day. The team were very patient and used all of their experience to ensure we were in very quickly once we had the green light.  Excellent, would recommend.

If I could give more than a 10 I would.  From my first call to Alex to my house removal was 100% perfect.  Very professional.  Both Alex and David moved and put everything in the rooms on what boxes were marked all put easy for myself to move.  They went beyond to help me move into my new house comfortably.
