My name is Ben and I am extremely proud to run, work within & manage the family run business Grey Tower Ltd. We are a Hornchurch/Essex based Plumbing and Heating Company. 

We offer a range of services including; 

• We will cover any type of plumbing/heating/gas work, from tap washers to complete house-hold refurbishments, servicing or maintenance. Domestic or Commercial clients we have a service to suit any requirement.  

• Our engineers are Gas Safe registered and experienced. We’re trusted by residents to diagnose, service and repair their boilers.  

• We will give you honest, expert advice on the most efficient solutions for your home and itemised, transparent pricing. 

• Fast, reliable prompt service. We aim to have you back up and running within the shortest time possible. 

• Emergency call outs for them horrible things that seem to happen at the worst possible time. 

• We use dust sheets, we take our shoes off, we are trained in using hoovers and we know how to be courteous and polite. 

• We work around you and your special requirements and look to overcome any objections you may have including disclosing any grey areas.
