I required a Garage conversion into living space with an extra bathroom.  I asked Howard the boss of the company for help and a quote.  Howards excellent knowledge of building regulations was able to discuss and plan the conversion to utilise all of the space available and provided a detailed plan for the whole of the build
The work started soon after and I have to say the workmanship and professionalism of Howard and his team is absolutely first class, they were so very tidy and so Polite and approachable 
The job is now complete and I can only say that it is absolutely first class

Garage conversion

Evans Builders were good at communicating and proved to be reliable and trustworthy.  They went above and beyond to complete the project to a high standard.  Nothing felt like it was too much trouble, they listened to what we wanted and came up with good solutions.  They kept within our agreed budget and made sure we were aware of any extras.  They were very hardworking and punctual and skilled at their trade.  Evans Builders take pride in their work and are a pleasure to deal with.

Whole bungalow renovation

Howard and team are excellent.  They are prompt, reliable, good at communicating and turn up when promised.  They are very hard workers and get a lot done, while keeping the site tidy and orderly.  The standard of work is excellent and they clearly take a pride in their work.  I would thoroughly recommend them.

Conversion of double garage to Utility and art studio

Very impressed altogether … very clean van, very professional personality!  Mr Evans gave a clear explanation of what needed doing and how he was going to do it.  He gave a date, confirmed the day before and arrived on the dot of the time specified.  He and his colleagues have done an excellent job and left the area perfectly clean.  Very satisfied !

Repair of window surrounds and wall above the skirt.  Removal of rusty integral metalwork .

I have 30 years in the building trade, I have NVQ3 in bricklaying also able to render and plaster to a high standard, I am CITB registered, I only use fully qualified, registered tradesmen.
