I highly recommend the work of this contractor who renovated my bathrooms and changed the garden tiles.  His work was impeccable, displaying remarkable attention to detail.  He efficiently completed the project, leaving the space clean and tidy every day.  Moreover, his trustworthiness and honesty throughout the process made the entire renovation experience exceptionally positive.  Overall, a fantastic job!

We couldn’t have been happier with the finished product.  Both Aurel and his colleague were courteous, extremely tidy and very thoughtful with trying to cause as little disruption to us as possible whilst carrying out the work.  Aurel assisted in choosing parts and products that fitted the dimensions and specs which was helpful.  The work itself, has been faultless.  We had a total refurb which involved a strip out, changing of plumbing and pipes, tiling, flooring and installing the new items.  We love our new bathroom and would highly recommend Aurel and use his firm again for any future work

Aurel and his team were absolutely fantastic, I could not recommend them highly enough.  After Aurel and his team completed bathroom jobs for my father and sister, Aurel and his team completely ripped out our old bathroom and replaced it with a new, fresh, slick design.  He and his team were very tidy and were always on time to start work.  He and his team are very trustworthy and the quality of their work is to a very high end.  I would certainly recommend Aurel and his team to any of my friends and I will 100% be calling Aurel again for any future work I need doing.

We are delighted to have found Aurel - our bathroom was old and needed a lot of foundational work before installing a new one.  There are builders out there who would have just glossed over the existing issues but Aurel takes pride in his work and does things properly, to a very high standard.  He and his colleague were brilliant, knowledgeable, meticulous, communicative and tidy.  Their work ethic was second to none, barely stopping all day.  We didn't make things easy for them by choosing a herringbone feature wall but the results are spectacular!  We will definitely be using Aurel again.

Having just moved house and needing a new bathroom we are using Aurel and his team again as on previous jobs they have been fantastic start to finish.  They ripped out our old bathroom and reinstalled new, including tiling, lighting etc.  Could not recommend them highly enough. The Black Beard Brothers are punctual, courteous and helpful.  He is patient to listen to my problems and he offers valuable opinions on the maintenance of the bathroom and curtains.  He does not bother to give extra help I have asked.  On the whole, a very good experience!

I'm very happy with the outcome.  Communication was good from the start, and they worked really hard to get the job done within a week although there was lots do!  They left everything super tidy and were very courteous throughout.  Would recommend.

We had a very nice experience with our kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. The guys were very tidy, they used floor protection all around.
They came on the starting day at 8am on the dot, and finished the project half day earlier.
The office was very helpful , as this was our first renovation, and we didn't know how these things are going. 
The guys helped us to solve some problems what you can't find in the books.

The workmen arrived on time each morning.  They carried out the 2 pieces of work (downstairs and upstairs) simultaneously and minimised the disruption as best they could, which included tidying up diligently at the end of each work day.  They were very attentive to my needs throughout and ensured I was satisfied with the finished product for each project, which I thought was of a high standard of quality.

It was a pleasure to have Laszlo in to refit our shower room.   He was friendly, conscientious, good on quality control, kept to time, and did a good job.   There was a misunderstanding about which way we wanted the shower door to open and I had to raise it but he was brilliant and just arranged to come back later and fit it to open on the other side.  Altogether, a painless experience and I'd be happy to use his services again.

The workmanship was great.  The staff were good at what they do and they were tidy and on time.  The price was reasonable and worth it.  I would recommend them to anyone who wants a bespoke finish.

Thank you so much for the job well done.  I do recommend using this Co.  Moussa came to fix my toilets and change new lightings all in the same day despite facing unexpected extra problems in the toilets having to go back and forth to buy parts a few times too.  I would like to thank the company for being very professional and doing the job beyond expectations.  He and his team fix my extraction fan that big company engineer said it was 100% impossible to fix!  I felt bad after inspection and he had to change the whole thing instead of just some parts.  I wish I could give rating of 20 out of 10.

Very impressed.  Took the trouble to diagnose the problem with photos and explanations before arrival so as to utilise the time constructively.  Then decided to send an electrician rather than a CH engineer and he was spot on.  He bought a replacement thermostat, fitted it to the wall and helped pair it to my neohub - all for a reasonable price.  I will surely be using this company again.
