Arrived on time.  Sealed cracks in my Lead flashing on the roof on cleaned out all my gutters.  They did this quickly, efficiently and cleaned up all mess when finished.  The boys were very polite and I would highly recommend them.  I would definitely use them again.  Very reasonably priced 10/10

Never turned up after arranging to nothing but a waste of time and effort anyone thinking of using them do urself a favour DONT

We had an issue with leaks coming from our roof that Richard and his team agreed to fix with our neighbours.  They quoted less than the others to do the full job and clean our gutters.  This job was attended to but they didn’t clean the gutters as agreed and paid for.  We have had another issue after the initial fix was done.  My neighbour had no luck getting a response for them to check this.  So I tried and they did come out to check it.  Said they’d come fix it but they have never come out to do it!  No response to my messages now.  Shocking way to treat customers!

After my gutters were replaced, they left all the rubbish in my driveway and at the first good rain one of the gutters started leaking.  Richard phoned me to complain about the review left so we agreed that he would come back check the leak and take the rubbish away and I would remove the bad review but he never showed up.

Richard and his colleague were friendly and quick to respond, came out to assess the work needed and seem to have done a good repair so hopefully we won't have any more leaks.

Said they would come to look at job but did not turn up.  Following week said they had been ill and fixed up another day to come, but never turned up.  I texted them, but have heard nothing further.  Appalling way to treat a potential customer

Ive had a few stains appearing on the ceiling of our extension which Ive been ignoring.  Thought we had better get someone in to have a look at as one of them had started to bubble.  The guys turned up on time, had a quick look at the roof and said there seemed nothing wrong with the tiles.  They noticed there was a drain pipe pouring straight onto the roof which could be causing the leak - they put a shoe on the pipe which hopefully will help.  I was expecting a massive bill - nice to know that there are people out there that don't rip people off.  Will definitely use again - thank you

Stains on ceiling of extension

Fantastic.  Simply brilliant service, work and communication.  Alex was easy to communicate with, hard working, very reasonable pricing and just a pleasure to deal with.  I had leaks all over my roof in a house I moved to alongside a flat roof that was completely broken and cement work that needed done.  Alex quoted very reasonably, got the work done very swiftly and was overall just a friendly bloke.  Highly recommend him and his partner for any roofing work.

Alex is a legend.  Came out to sort a gap in the roof where birds have nested and some animal ? Squirrel was getting in to the loft.  Blocked off the gap for free.  Weeks of stress with other tradesmen letting us down and trying to scam us I just wish I’d called him sooner.  Honestly can’t recommend him highly enough.  Very happy customer

Was prompt,kept arranged appointment.  Was very courteous.  Gave thorough exam of roof and work required .Carried out job promptly.  Gave advice on further work but did not feel pressured at all to go ahead with this.  Would absolutely use again and would recommend to friends

We contacted John as we had a leak coming into the house which we realised was coming from our chimney.  John came out, went on to our roof and examined the chimney and took photos.  He explained where the damage was that was causing the leak, and the options available to repair the damage.  We arranged for him to begin the work the following week.  John and his team were able to begin the work earlier than anticipated.  The work was carried out efficiently and expertly.  We would definitely use John again and recommend him to family and friends.

Removal of chimney and replaced broken tiles

John was great from start to finish.  Really polite and easy to contact, and gave a really honest and fair account of our roofing situation after his initial visit.  Turned out all our pointing was cracked and loose, an old skylight needed replaced (leaking and rotted) and some tiles had broken and needed replaced.  John kept in great contact in terms of completing the work due to weather limitations, and when the weather was clear he and his team came out promptly and completed all the work in one day.  The work was a really high standard and we are delighted we chose his company.
