Shane is very courteous,  friendly and professional. He stayed in frequent contact, answered my questions and sent progress photos. He explained when each stage would be done. The men laying the roof knew what they were doing and made sure it was expertly done. The end result is a roof that I have confidence is exactly how it should be. We’d already seen Atlas complete a new roof nearby and were impressed by the quality of the work.  Nevertheless, we still sought four other quotes for our own roof, just to be thorough, but Shane’s professional approach won out.  We were not disappointed - the work started on the day agreed and the team worked all day, every day, until the job was complete, efficiently and professionally.  Shane even sent us photos and drone shots at each stage.  We are delighted with the result and love the new canopy over the bay window with its lovely tile work - thank you Atlas!  Would highly recommend.

Mark and team were extremely courteous and did an excellent job fixing uni dry ridge and dry verge caps. They also inspected my roof and replaced 4 tiles. Their opinion was that the roof was now good for a long while.

Ash came the day I requested him.  He took photos of the roof and described the probable solutions, however, because it was a Park home he said he was not experienced to walk on its unique roof.  I tried to give him £20 for his visit and advice but he declined.  If I had a conventional roof I would not hesitate to use him.
