Martin is hardworking, reliable and polite.  He did some wallpapering in our lounge, panelled our hallway and stairs and painted it.  Will definitely be using him again in the future and will recommend him to family and friends.

Martin is courteous and hard working.  He did a great job fitting our new downstairs W.C along with fitting new sinks and taps in the kitchen and some other odd jobs we asked for his help with.  Arrives when he says he will and I would highly recommend for any work.  Genuine nice guy.

Martin has been hardworking, reliable and proactive in helping me.  When I made a mistake with my choice of paint colour, Martin came back again to change it.  He also made a shelf and clothes rail in my airing cupboard.  I would certainly recommend him.

Shane and the team were fantastic throughout.  Shane managed the project throughout and is incredibly trustworthy as demonstrated by the results and the time taken.  All of the team have a great eye for detail, are open to suggestions and provide suggestions themselves.  A relaxed approach that gave confidence in the end result.  There's always the odd wrinkle or issue that comes up with work like this, but Shane was straight on to resolve.  Would highly recommend for the trust alone, but the craftsmanship is superb too.

From the initial contact to the finish of the job, the company and its people were excellent.  Communication was prompt and timely and everything that they said they would do, they did.  The staff were really efficient, tidy and polite and the quality of the job they did was both timely and excellent in finish.  A really good experience, we would use them again without hesitation.

Fitting of new bath and tiling

Shane and his team, Ben and Jamie did an excellent job in refurbishing our house.  It required a lot of work, putting in new kitchen, bathroom, a lot of plastering and generally making the house up to date and fit for purpose again!  Nothing was too much trouble and any little issues with deliveries and products was dealt with without any fuss.  Shane is always helpful and very obliging and happy to discuss progress and offer ideas.  They are all a pleasure to have around and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Shane to anyone.

Refurbishing a small Victorian house

We required x3 bathrooms to be refitted. Shane and his Team were excellent partners. They were knowledgeable and made great suggestions during the design to help ensure that we were happy with the end product such as relocating the bath. This continued into the fit where they suggested different grout colours and arrangement of tiling. They were patient and understanding when we faced delays with the supplier, always happy to flex and help us to find a solution. Tidy, respectful and great to have around-we’d recommend the Team.

I sent Chris a few photos of what was required and he priced over the phone and got us booked in!  Chris has done a fantastic job on the worktops, they look seamless!  Plumbing was so neat and tidy maximising the under sink space.  The attention to detail is just excellent.

Work top installation

I had a kitchen revamp. New doors, two items repositioned and a eyel level oven fitted. Chris was very helpful and when a problem occured discussed with me what needed to be done. He left everything tidy and clean after each days work. He was very careful to ensure that the hallway was kept clear as my husband has mobility problems. Could not has asked for a better service

Chris did a great job in replacing a kitchen unit, refitting a sink and tap and fitting a new dishwasher for us.  Great level of detail and finish to the work.  Would recommend and would definitely use again.  Thanks Chris !

I am pleased to confirm a very satisfactory project has been delivered by G&G Carpentry.  Chris was able to visit and confirm our exact requirements to refit our kitchen.  Based on our chat and shared design plans I was provided with a clear quotation which allowed me to understand the costs and what I could save by removing the old kitchen myself.  Chris was able to coordinate additional trades such as plastering and electrical work by specialists which worked really well.  The scheduling and fitting our project in before Xmas was a bonus, we are very satisfied with the result and can recommend.

Refit kitchen

Chris popped round within 24 hrs of contact and priced up the job.  The price was very reasonable, he was a nice chap , so I had no worries choosing him to do my kitchen.  He was able to start it which fitted my plans perfectly.  I was away for part of the fit , he kept me in the loop with any snags and the progress he made.  I had no problem leaving him a key as he is a genuine person.  I would use Chris again and would recommend him to friends and family for the .Future

I cannot recommend highly enough, absolutely thrilled with the result.  Brett and son Ben are a fabulous team, the old kitchen taken out on day one and stripped back to a blank canvas, old walls re plastered, electrical work undertaken, new flooring laid and all plumbing works and tiling completed before the kitchen was finally installed.  It is clear to see Brett and Ben are both very experienced and highly skilled, the attention to detail and finishes where faultless, if you are looking for a professional finish, tidy workmanship, I strongly recommend, this new kitchen looks amazing.

Brett and Ben came to convert my shower room into a utility room and my bath into a shower.

I could not recommend Brett and Ben highly enough.  They were professional , tidy, on budget, finished ahead of schedule.  Every day they arrived on time. Deducted one point for tidiness, as there was quite a lot of dust left behind although this may be a bit harsh as can only imagine the mess they had to deal with due to plastering, fitting, etc.  !
