Initial delay for agreed diagnosis of fault from a Friday to a Saturday but was notified and engineer did arrive.  He was excellent, clean and tidy.  Got to work without any delay. Quickly reported that the fault was the inverter. He stated that a replacement unit would be sourced together with a price.  I  now await details of replacement part fitting , price and completion date.

Replacing electrical sockets

Had a shower installed. I was going to write a full review of my experience but not enough room. Basic overview is that the shower was a bit smaller than where the previous shower was installed. Rather than highlighting this they proceeded to install it leaving visible gaps in the tiles and the units case wasn't flush on 1 side due to 'the pipes and wires being squeezed'. When challenged the response was it needed a bigger shower. I could pay for it to be replaced or they could alter the unit which would invalid the warranty. No interest in discussing any other solution. Not a great experience

Came really quickly for a very last minute request and was super flexible to needing to be an early Saturday morning. Was an hour later than agreed however got the work done quickly and tidily once arrived.

Called Rhino Electricals to fix a faulty electric immersion heater boiler. Hendrik identified the issue. Very professional service and will definitely be recommending/calling again when needed. 10/10
